“I can’t help it.” L. Joe snapped. Your expression softened. “I was worrying that you.” He muttered crossly, “I thought they might do something bad to you. But all that time, you were giggling and flirting with them.” “Was not.” You frowned. “Was, too! You have that sparkly look in your eyes!” L. Joe said. You sighed. *Babo. “See. You’re not even denying it.” He crossed his arms.
“Fine! I flirted with Zea and I liked it so much that I’m going to be their gang member! You happy?!” You stormed off.

You searched his pleading eyes and just had to smile, “No, you babo. I was kidding.” L. Joe let out a sigh of relief.
“I can go home on my own.” You said. “Why? Is Zea coming to take you?” He asked.
You rolled your eyes and walked away. L. Joe quickly followed you. He looked up at your dark house, “Is anyone home?”
You shook your head, “My family went to a health spa and won’t be back till late.”
“They went without you?” He asked, puzzled. “They always do.” You shrugged. *What?* His eyes widened in surprise.
