Characters:

EunMi: A never aging spirit that displays herself as Woohyun and Yoonhee's child, but uses the name HyeMi to be more realistic. Teaches Woohyun how to be a good father and helps him become a better person overall. Cute, very active and smart.
Da Reum: A mysterious little boy who is also a spirit, that follows Woohyun and YoonHee around. He watches YoonHee from afar as well.
Foreword
Woohyun's girlfriend finds out she's pregnant, but he's not sure if he's ready to be a father. He doesn't even think he's going be be a good father, but one day a little girl popped out in his room. Turns out she's the spirit of their child and is helping him become a good father and is teaching him the basics of it. There's also a mysterious little boy who follows them and always watches his fiance from afar, but all he cares about is to become a good father. Once the 9 months of his fiance's pregnancy is over he has to say goodbye to the little girl, EunMi, but then comes a little surprise waiting for him.
