It all started on that day. How I started developing my feelings for him. . . 

"Wake up! We are going to be late for school!" A voice yelled, and I found myself being dragged out of bed. 

"ITAI!" I yelled, rubbing my eyes. There stood Dai-chan in front of me, all dressed up in his uniform, peering down on me. 

"I told you not to stay up that late watching drama!" He said, helping me up. 

"I wanted to see if he will confess to her!" I pouted, puffing my cheeks.

Daiki laughed. "baka." he said, handing me my uniform. 

"arigatou" I said, then stuck my tongue out at him.

He exited the room, closing the door behind him. 

I quickly threw off my pajama shirt and when I was about to slip on my white uniform shirt, he opened the door again.

"Oh and mom says-" He stared at me and I stared at him back.

"!" I screamed, covering my chest with the shirt, then grabbing my pillow, throwing it at him. I was too slow. He closed the door, causing the pillow to hit the wooden door instead of his face. Then I heard laughing fron the other side. 

"mou..." i whined. I quickly changed, charged into the bathroom to wash up, then ran to the kitchen. 

"Auntie, can you put the food in the bento box? I'll take it to school to eat." i said, running out of breath. 

"Already did" Daiki's mom said, handing me my breakfast. 

"arigatou nee" I looked around. "where's mom?" I asked.

"she left to work already." She said.

"oh.." I said, running to my dad's picture, and prayed.

"YOSH!" I yelled, slipping on my shoes, then running off.

My dad passed away when I was 5, Along with Daiki's. Our dad's went on a fishing trip, but on their way back, was caught in a car accident. What we have now is our moms. We all live in the same house, it didn't feel weird that I was living with my best friend since our mom's are best friends as well. 

I closed the door behind me, and got on Daiki's bike. 

"Sleepy head." he said, riding off.
