I wanted to write my very first YOU fic along with EXO! XD
S u m m a r y:
You already had everything planned out for what was to come when you reached high school. You would enter high school with your best friend, and would continue spending your days together hanging out with each other like there was no care in the world. However, there was just one flaw in your plans. It was the fact that your best friend wasn't planning on joining you in the same school, and that he was going to study in Seoul, in a prestigious All-Boys School.
Foreword
Prologue
He looked down, afraid to meet my gaze. I can't believe this. This isn't happening. Somebody please effin' tell me this isn't happening! I blinked up at my best friend with my jaw-dropped all the way down the table.
Once.
Twice.
THRICE!
"You're joking, right?" I croaked-out, blinking up at my best friend with wide-eyes who was avoiding my stare. I narrowed my gaze at him. "Because, this isn't funny. At. All. Oh. Sehun," I added with a hiss.
He lowered his head, shame radiating all over his body. SHAME I TELL YOU! S-H-A-M-E!
"It wasn't my idea alright. Umma applied for me, and I got accepted. They wanted me to go to an all-boys school in Seoul!" He threw his hands in frustration.
I threw him an accusing glare, "But you can refuse it you know. We already promised each other to enter the same school. YOU promised ME. We did the pinky swear, our secret hand-shake, and even exchanged our freggin' friendship rings and all that jazz to seal our freggin' promise!" I screamed attracting people but I don't care. I was too pissed off to effin' care that I was making a scene. I then pushed my right fist in front of his face, while showing him his friendship ring on my right ring-finger. "See that? We made a deal. You can't back-out. YOU JUST CAN'T! YOU SWORE!"
"My parents wanted me to go," He sighed warily, as he looked up. His eyes had the same emotion as my mind, frustration and despair. "I sorta wanted to go too," he mumbled.
How was this happening? There was no way this could happen, right? It's just a dream. A nightmare even.
"Pinch me." I ordered holding out my arm. I waited for him to do it, but he hesitated.
"Wae?"
"Because then I'll wake up from this nightmare," I stated, staring at him straight in the eye. Hunnie still hesitated, but he did it anyway when I shot him a glare. Nothing happened.
"Ree, I'm sorry. Really, it's just-"
I held my hand out and told myself to smile and I did. It was force, and looked like I was in constipation but I smiled, "It's alright, Hunnie. I was just being selfish." I assured him still flashing my constipated smile, he wasn't buying it. "If this is what you really want. I'll grow to accept it. It's about your future, right? You did always wanted to become a dancer. I'll get over it, eventually," I said with a shrug.
"Are you sure?" He asked, in concern. Staring at my eyes, to see if what I just said was true.
I tried my best to grin at him, "Of course, as your best friend I should accept your decision. It's not like we can't see each other during holiday breaks, right?"
But who was I kidding? This is just spec-in-tacular. Just great. I needed Hunnie. Starting high school without my best friend who decided to enroll in an All Boys Academy and live in a dorm? This is just a nightmare! I'm so freaking out. I don't want to be alone in high school without my Hunnie! There was no way I was going to go to high school without my best friend.
I wish that stupid SM All-Boys Academy will burn down in ashes overnight. I thought while crossing my fingers. That will show them for ever stealing my best friend. Hmph.
Too bad it didn't happen though, so alas. I'm seeing him off, as I waved my hand at him in farewell.
How could you actually leave me behind, Oh Sehun? HOW COULD YOU?!!?! I thought you were my best friend in this whole-god-damn world? So, WAE-YO?!?! TT.TT
