I suppose that you won't get this letter sooner or later because of the war that's going on around your section. Heck, I'm still sending this letter even though you might not get it. Things are getting weirder in Section 13, and I really want to leave and go to your section soon. Section 13…I don't know if there are human beings in here anymore. I think they're using our section for experiments or something. A few days ago, the Lab Coats came over and took a blood sample from my wrist. I'm telling you, the mark they made on my wrist won't heal. I think they've infected it or something.

Other than that, things are "pretty normal" around here. Oh wait! There's this new kid named Lee Donghae who came. He was transported from Section 1 to Section 13. I wonder what he did wrong. I mean, Section 1 is the best section there is! He must've done something horrifying to come all the way to Section 13. This guy…Well, I don't know if he's even a guy. I'm telling you, Yuri!
