CHAPTER 6

He's my Fiance!

 

            You closed the door quickly, slamming it on Dongwoon's face.

WHAT ARE THEY DOING HERE?

And bringing Dongwoon too?

What if Junhyung know about this?You could be dead meat!

Your eomma was now banging the door.

" YAAA! _____(your name)! Why did you close the door! It's us!" she shouted impatiently.

Your abeohji tried to calm her down. " Stop it, dear. People will hear you."

Dongwoon felt something was wrong.

Maybe it was him, he thought.

He turned to your parents and bowed.

Your parents were surprised.

" I'll be going now." he said.

" What? You're leaving?"

Dongwoon just smile and nodded, and with that, he left.

Your abeohji blamed your eomma. " Look, you even made him left."

Your eomma gasped. " How can you say that? Maybe he thought he shouldn't be here! That's all!"

 

You finally had the courage to open the door.

You opened it and sarcastically laugh. " Why, it's my lovely parents! Annyeong haseyo." as you bowed politely.

But, you noticed that Dongwoon wasn't there.

Was he just your imagination? you asked yourself.

" How did you guys know where I live?" curiousity strucked you.

" Yong-shii told me the place." your abeohji replied.

" Ah. That's why. Oh! Bytheway,I thought Dongwoon-shii was here too." you said, looking at where you saw Dongwoon stood.

Your eomma nodded, " Geurae. He was here."

So, he was here after all. It was REAL.

" Where is he now?"

" He just left. I think he's still in the lobby though." your abeohji pointed the hallway.

Was he upset that I slammed the door? Did he get hurt or something?

" ahh. Eomma, Abeohji, you guys get in first. I'll get Dongwoon!" you shouted as you ran from your door.

" Ah, geurae, guerae." your abeohji repeated as he and your eomma walked into your apartment.

You ran to the elevator and pressed the ground floor.

 

Your eomma opened her scarf and walked into the living room.

" Aigoo, aigoo. Look at that." she said, as soon as she saw Junhyung's huge potrait.

Your abeohji chuckled at your eomma.

 

You reached the ground floor.

And continued running in until the exit of the building.

It was a really luxurious looking apartment.

No wonder Junhyung's mother chose this place.

The doorman of the apartment opened the tall, big glass doorway and you just walked past it and got out.

It was really cold outside.

You could see little mist coming from your mouth.

You turned to your right and saw Dongwoon.

" Dongwoon-shii!"

Hope he was the right person.

...

WRONG.

It was someone else.

Seoul. Where people you see, could sometimes mistaken for someone else.

You sighed.

He did left..

Someone touched your shoulder.

" Are you looking for someone?"

That voice.

You quickly turned around.

There he was.

That Dongwoon , whom you thought had left.

He smiled. " Yaa, what is wrong with your face? You know you can't stay too long in the cold. You know you'll get red cheeks, right? You hated that!" he then pulled his scarf he was wearing and wrapped it around you.

You only managed to stare at him.

He didn't leave.

" You didn't leave. Are you mad that I slammed the door on you?" you were so scared that he was.

He slowly shook his head. " Ahne. Why'd you think that? I thought you didn't want to see me."

" .. I'm surprised." you tilted down your head.

Dongwoon gave out a small laugh. He thought you looked so funny with your red-cheeks.

" YAAAAAA!!!!!" you then heard a really, really loud scream.

You and Dongwoon turned to where that voice came from.

And it was actually from Junhyung.

You hid your face away.

Junhyung walked fast to you as he pointed at you.

" Yaa, aren't you my fiancee? Why are you with him? Are you cheating behind my back??!" he shouted.

" Um, who are you?" Dongwoon asked, hiding you behind his back.

" I should ask you that, punk." Junhyung fired back.

You didn't want them to start a fight and stand out.

" I'm here. What do you want? Aren't you going 'out'?" you shouted.

" I forgot my cellphone, alright? Jeez, babe, chill out." Junhyung pouted angrily, and continued, " Who is he? And why are you not in the apartment?"

You looked at Dongwoon then back at Junhyung. " He's.." you didn't want to tell him that he was your ex, you decided to say, " He's my bestfriend. And I'm not in my apartment because my parents are in there, so don't worry."

" MWOOOO!??" he screamed loudly. He then quickly ran inside and took the elevator.

You looked so confused, escpecially, the innocent-looking Dongwoon.

Both of you then also ran inside and took the elevator.

 

Junhyung got into the apartment and saw both of your parents.

Your parents were so speechless when he got into the apartment.

" ... Annyeong haseyo." Junhyung greeted. " Um, what are you doing here?"

" We are visiting our daughter. Why are you here?" your eomma asked.

" This is my place." Junhyung then arrogantly requested, " Can you not barge in like this next time? It's rude. You should tell me first."

Your eomma became so emotional. " What- Aish, this kid." she then walked to Junhyung and started to hit him.

Right on time, you saw this and stopped your eomma.

" Eomma! Geumanhae! (Stop it!)" as you protected Junhyung with your arms in the air.

Junhyung was touched somehow that you protected him.

Junhyung grabbed both of your hands and turned you around.

Your face was so near to his. " You do love me, right babe?" he then smiled.

WHAT? ..

Dongwoon, who witnessed that looked away. This was too painful for someone who was still inlove with you..
