Taemin’s love for a certain young girl had all started the day that 2 yr-old Taemin and his one year old brother Jongin were left in the care of Mrs. Jung for the afternoon. Taemin was playing in the nursery alone while Mrs. Jung was reading at her desk. Sleeping soundly beside them in the little play crib was 1 yr-old Jung Soojung and Taemin’s brother Jongin.

Taemin soon got bored and walked over to where his brother and Soojung were sound asleep. He frowned upon the sight of both babies unknowingly holding each other’s hands while sleeping. Mrs. Jung noticed the toddler’s expression and asked him, ‘Taeminnie, is something the matter?’

‘Aunty Jung, why does Jongin get to hold Soojungie’s hand while they sleep. I wanna hold her hand too.’ Taemin pouted.

Mrs. Jung chuckled to herself, aww so adorable, she thought. ‘Well Taeminnie, they probably don’t know that they’re holding hands. Look, Soojungie can hold your hand too.’ And with that she took the little boys finger and placed in the small baby girl’s other unoccupied hand. Soojung grasped Taemin’s finger and held on tight. Taemin swears he’s never felt so happy, but being a mere toddler he didn’t understand why, he just knows that this little baby girl will always be someone special.
