A Dreamer - IU (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3QXud54-AU)     --------------------- Narrator’s P.O.V:     A loud banging came from the front door of EXO’s house, scaring Luhan, who was pleasantly passing by.   Kris, who was coming downstairs, blinked at Luhan. “Who is it?” He warily called out.   “It’s me! Who else could it be?!” Baekhyun’s urgent voice sounded, “Hurry up and open the door!”   Luhan shared a confused look with Kris and made a twisting motion with his hand, making the door immediately unlock and open. He was shocked to see a limp and unconscious Naeun, and a breathless Baekhyun—both soaking wet from head to toe.   Kris furrowed his eyebrows in worry as Luhan swiftly closed the door behind the two, “What the hell is going on? Why is she unconscious?”   “Who’s unconscious?” Both Kai and Xiumin came down the stairs. Their eyes widened in horror at the sickly sight of her, “Naeun!”   “Mei-mei!” Tao shouted and ran towards Baekhyun. Sehun and Chanyeol gawked as the rest of EXO piled in.   “What happened?! Why is she like this?!” Sehun snapped out of it and narrowed his eyes at Baekhyun. “You didn’t do this on purpose, did you?”   “Of course not! She fainted on her own!” Baekhyun snapped back, offended that the maknae could come to such a conclusion. A quiet second passed as Sehun’s facial expressions slowly softened. He looked almost apologetic, “…Sorry, hyung.”   Baekhyun glanced at him and let out a sigh. “I just need her to be safe before I calm down. That’s all.” He let out his own awkward apology. Sehun, of course, understood, and nodded.   Without saying anymore, Baekhyun walked straight inside with his shoes still on, making muddy footprints on the floor. D.O quietly winced as Suho gave him a look but patted his shoulder.   “Chanyeol and Lay, follow me.”   “Got it.” Chanyeol nodded, as if he was completely over the punches that he ruthlessly gave to Baekhyun just half an hour ago. Lay silently trailed behind. Although Baekhyun didn’t tell them to, the rest of the boys tagged along too, in worry for their friend.   Baekhyun hurriedly burst into Naeun’s room and carefully set her on the bed. She was trembling in her sleep, but Baekhyun carefully pulled up the blanket to her in a failed attempt to keep her warm. He didn’t know what to do.   D.O swiftly disappeared out the door to go get something.   “Should we… take off her clothes? She’s going to become even more sick if we keep it on—“ Chen quietly began to suggest, but Baekhyun turned around and let out a firm no.   “Neither you nor I am going to take her clothes off.” Baekhyun shook his head. The thought angered him. “I’ll try to dry her using my power.” He murmured aloud and sat himself down on the side of her bed, sandwiching Naeun’s cold hand in both of his.   Very calmly, he closed his eyes and exerted force through his mind. It seemed like he was meditating. All of EXO held their breaths.   A bright, warm beam of light shot up from Baekhyun’s hand to Naeun’s, and it enveloped her whole body. In no time, she was completely dry. Baekhyun pinched the sleeve of her polo shirt just to make sure. He seemed relieved. *Finally. It pays off to actually have the power of the sun.*   Naeun had also seemed to have stopped shaking from the cold. Suho proudly smiled and patted Baekhyun’s back, “Well done.” Baekhyun gave Suho a faint smile, but he couldn’t help but still be worried for Naeun.   At that moment, D.O re-entered the room, holding a thermometer in his hands. He scratched his head, “I figured we’d need this someday, for Naeun, so I bought it at town just in case. She’s the only one that’s going to be able to use it, anyways.”   Baekhyun gratefully accepted it, “Thanks, Kyungsoo hyung.” D.O nodded. Kai leaned his arm on D.O’s shoulder, “Then I guess that’s for Naeun’s personal use only… since angels can’t get sick and all.”   After taking her temperature, Baekhyun announced that all Naeun had was a mere fever. She had probably exhausted her body by stress, and of course, running out in the rain on such a cold day like today.   The EXO boys loosened their tense bodies and eventually became relieved that it wasn’t something worse. Baekhyun, however, still wasn’t satisfied. He turned to Lay, “Isn’t there anything you can do, Lay? Anything?”   Lay gazed at Naeun’s pale face and contemplated that. “I can probably take a small bit of her pain away and heal these scrapes—” He trailed off as he examined the cuts she received when she fell in front of the tree,  “—but other than that, I can’t do anything. Healing sicknesses are not my forte. I’m sorry, Baek.” He gave him a solemn look.   Baekhyun gave him a small, reassuring smile, “It’s alright, but please lend us your power this time, if you can.”  Lay nodded and went straight to work, healing all that he coul
