Siwon couldn’t help but study the sleeping angel lying beside him that evening. He looked so peaceful in his sleep, so happy and free of all worries. What he didn’t know was that Eeteuk was currently dreaming about Kangin and one of their dates together.

*DREAM/FLASHBACK*

“Hyung, come on!” Kangin had shouted while laughing at the older man’s hesitation as he dragged him through the forest he had driven them to.

“Where are we going?” Eeteuk asked sceptically, not really happy about being dragged away from the dorm when he had a schedule to attend to in less than an hour. Never the less he was never able to say no to the younger man and thus he had followed him on this little trip. “You do realise that I have a schedule in less than an hour, right?” he asked the seemingly oblivious man walking in front of him with his hand in his. He just turned around and gave the leader a smile so bright that Eeteuk felt his heart melt. He wanted to just forget about schedules, members, controversies and whatever else he had to think about as the leader of a 13-membered band and just enjoy the man in front of him but he knew he couldn’t.

“You have to close your eyes now, hyung,” Kangin said excitedly and Eeteuk was reminded of an eager child waiting to enter the living room and survey the Christmas tree on Christmas Day by his tone. He closed his eyes and let himself be led by the strong man, trusting him completely to lead him the right way and not let him fall. After a short while he felt Kangin let go of his hand and he frowned only for a second before he felt arms wrap around his waist from behind and a husky voice whispering in his ear, “You can look now.”

Eeteuk couldn’t help the small gasp that made its’ way out of his mouth at the sight before him. A complete picnic set was set up in a little clearing of the forest, complete with sandwiches and a bottle of sunscreen. He turned around in Kangin’s embrace to look the man in the eyes.

“But… what about my schedule?” he asked in a weak voice, not wanting to think about the schedule anymore. He was so taken aback by the surprise and at that moment he hated being an idol, hated having schedules all through the day and having no time to be with his lover like this.

“All cleared, I talked to manager-hyung,” Kangin said with a smile and let out a huge grunt when Eeteuk jumped him and wrapped his legs around his waist while clinging to him like a koala, laughing like a crazy person and thanking his lover while kissing the side of his head continuously. Kangin couldn’t help but to laugh too and swing the older man around before setting him down and leading him over to the blanket that was spread neatly on the ground. They sat down and enjoyed the afternoon in each other’s company which was a welcome break from all the schedules Eeteuk had been running around to lately. Kangin always managed to surprise him, from the very beginning and up until now. When he had first seen the man he had been slightly intimidated by his hard outside but later on he was pleasantly surprised to find that the man’s heart was as soft and gooey as the surprise centre in a hard candy. Kangin was like this; full of surprises.
