Chunji now lay in his bed back in the cabin; feeling like an idiot for acting like such a big baby. He had decided not to go back to the class

since his pride wouldn’t allow it. The teacher would probably tear him apart when she found him, so there was no reason for Chunji to come

to her. Maybe the teacher didn’t even care about him leaving?

~Ricky’s POV~

Chunji was standing in front of the class, struggling with nerves. I looked at Changjo and he looked at me with the same expression of worry,

but before we could think about doing something he was gone. Changjo and I were about to follow him when the teacher stopped us.

’’Let him go. This is not children’s summer camp, it's serious training! If he can’t handle simple tasks he shouldn’t be here’’ The teacher said coldly.

Ricky felt that he should protect Chunji and was ready to yell something back at her, but he wasn’t the only one who had something say.

’’A coward like the strawberry-boy doesn’t belong here. I’m sure he won’t have the courage to come back here’’ Niel said

putting on a disgusted face.

’’WHO ASKED FOR YOUR OPINION!?’’ Changjo yelled angrily at Niel.

I had to hold Changjo back to keep him from beating up that jerk - Niel had replaced the disgusted face with a shocked expression.

The teacher managed to calm the class down but Changjo was still aching to connect his fists with Niel’s stupid jerk face.

~End of Ricky’s POV~

Naaahhh, they probably continued with the lesson as if he had never been there. Chunji felt drained from energy and felt that the only option

he had to regain it, was to get some sleep.

Chunji suddenly woke up almost choking and hyperventilating. He was too confused to function properly and stumbled out of his bed, his

face meeting the floor.

 

*What’s going on! Just now I felt like I was drowning *

Chunji coughed a bit and his sore throat, it has been years since his last nightmare so why did he have to get his peaceful sleep

interrupted at this age?

Chunji was still sitting on the floor trying to get a hold on all of his thoughts, when the sound of the front door opening awoke his curiosity. He

sat silently on the floor like a puppy waiting for its’ owner and his imaginary tail was waggling from the thought of not being alone anymore.

’’Chunji? What are you doing down on the floor?’’ L.Joe said smiling slightly.

’’Ummmm…It’s a long and boring story’’ Chunji said trying to hide his face that had the same color as his hair.

’’Are you ok? You look…Weird?’’ L.Joe said trying to keep himself from laughing at him.

Chunji didn’t know if he should be honest and say no, it would be stupid to bother L.Joe with his problems and risk their newfound

’’friendship.’’

’’I can tell that you’re thinking hard right now so spit it out!’’ L.Joe said taking a seat, looking like a child waiting for a bedtime story.

’’Okay… First I accidentally piss off this C.A.P guy, then I had to spend more than an hour with this stupid diva Niel, and

then I embarrass myself in front of 8 strangers by being a nerve wreck and running off like the coward I apparently am.’’

Chunji let out a sigh and realized what a crappy day it had been.

’’I don’t know what to say to make you feel better but why did you run off?’’ L.Joe said awaiting the answer with excitement.

’’I don’t even know! It’s just that this Niel’s voice was really amazing and I got so nervous wanting to show him how you

shouldn’t underestimate people…And yet I failed!’’ Chunji said trying to hide away the disappointment.

L.Joe was inspecting Chunji’s face thoroughly and his face turned into a frown.

’’Don’t let him get to you. Don’t let him see you looking defeated.’’ L.Joe said in a serious yet encouraging way.

Chunji was still feeling slightly crept out by how L.Joe had inspected his face but felt the corners of his mouth curve upwards.

’’Something good did happen too’’ Chunji said shyly.

L.Joe nodded to let him know that he should keep going.

’’After running out of the studio, I ended up at another studio that had a window next to the door, and I saw someone in

there. The lights were turned off so I couldn’t really get a good look at the guy but I opened the door enough to hear that

he was rapping, and even though I only heard some of the words, I felt drawn towards this guy. I guess that's kinda

weird, right?’’ Chunji said scratching the back of his neck.

Chunji didn’t notice the faint pink color appearing on L.Joe face and his shy smile.

L.Joe cleared his throat and asked if Chunji was hungry to which Chunji answered yes. They ate dinner together in silence, though it

wasn’t an uncomfortable silence.

*I wonder i my sleep will be peacefull tonight? Maybe i just needed to talk about my horrible day?*
