Victoria's just far too annoying.
This is pissing me off!
I must be crazy to have agreed to this damn marriage.

Two weeks later, while Jessica was working back in the office,
Yuri went back to her usual swimming training.
Its been a long time since she swam since so many things happened in the short amount time.

Jessica then pressed the button on the phone that was on her table,
calling for her secretary.

"Secretary Kim"
"Please come over here"

"Neh"

Few seconds later, Secretary Kim entered Jessica's office.

"Yes Ms Jung?"

"Can you please go&help me check out who is Nickhun's fiance?"
"Pretty urgently"

"Okay then"
"I'll get to it now" bowed Secretary Kim politely before leaving the room.

An hour later, Jessica went down to the swimming pool to look for Yuri.
Sitting by the audience seat as usual, watching Yuri swim gracefully in the big wide pool.
While sitting there, Jessica suddenly felt that her heart was beating furiously all of the sudden,
making her stop everything while holding onto a pillar beside her.
Breathing in&out slowly, her heartbeat slowly stablised.

"Hey whats up!" called Yuri happily as she walked over to Jessica with a towel over her shoulder.

"Hmm?"
"Was waiting for you" smiled Jessica
"Wanted to have lunch with me"

"Oh really?"
"Okay, give me 10 minutes" said Yuri as she quickly rushed to the changing room

10 minutes later, Yuri came out of the changing with a bag over her shoulders,
grinning widely at Jessica.

"Im done"
"Lets go" said Yuri as she tugged Jessica out of the pool&eventually out of SM building.

"What do you wanna eat ah Yuri?" asked Jessica, sitting inside the car.
"Your all-time favourites?"

"Lets go for your all-time favourites"
"Dont always go to mine"
"Its unfair to you"

"Its never unfair when it comes to eating with you Yul"
"Having you by my side is more than enough, who cares about the food?" smiled Jessica

"Aww~"
"So sweet~" teased Yuri as she pinched Jessica's cheeks

"YAH!" squeaked Jessica in pain

"Did i hurt you?"
"Oh, im so sorry~" joked Yuri sacarstically

"You're so mean Yul"
"Im not going to lunch with you" pouted Jessica with her arms crossed

"Awww~"
"Come on Sica, im sure you wont do that to me right?"
"You know i love youu~" cooed Yuri as she hugged onto Jessica tightly

Around 30 minutes later, they've arrived at a Japanese restaurant.
Getting off the car hand in hand, the couple walked into the restaurant happily.

"Wow, new place?" asked Yuri while looking around the restaurant's interior&atmosphere

"Yup, can say so"
"Went online to check for top few sashimi restaurants"
"So i found here, its kinda near to my office too" smiled Jessica
"Plus, i heard they are famous for their sashimis"
"Thats why i brought you here"

"Jinjja?"
"Daebak!"

"Of course"
"Where can you find someone like me?"
"Always giving in to you, giving the things you wanted" smirked Jessica arrogantly

"What?!"
"Please!" exasperated Yuri
"If you dont listen to me, you would have been dead!" said Yuri bluntly

"So now you're claiming all the credits?"asked Jessica, a little pissed.
"Its fine then, i'll let you have your wish granted"
"I'll get out of your sight, dont bother if im dead or alive"
"Go&have some romantic time with your Nickhun oppa!" said Jessica angrily as she stomped out of the restaurant.

"Sica-ah.." started Yuri, stunned.
"I didnt mean to.. say that.." mumbled Yuri looking sad.

"Ms, here's your sashimi"
"Ms Jung ordered it before you came"
"She ordered you the freshest sashimi we ever have" smiled the waiter as he placed the plate of sashimis down.

"Sica-ah.." sighed Yuri looking at that delicious looking plate of sashimi.

envious of all the couples who were sitting in a cafe under a shelter umbrella,

Why is it when things are going well for us&something must happen?

I mean, its like normally when people blurt things out without thinking,
it might be really their true feelings.
If it is, its like i've been a big burden to Yuri..?

Just then, Jessica who sitting at a bench by the roadside,

"Oh Secretary Kim"

"I've checked up on Nickhun's fiance"
"She's called Victoria Song"
"Daughter of the famous antique gallery in Korea"

"What kind of person is she like?"
"Like is there any background information about her that i should know?"

"Im not sure Ms Jung"
"But i've found out that she's Nickhun's childhood friend"
"Like they lived in the same neighbourhood"
"So basically, they grew up together"

"Im unable to get any more information other than what i've told you"

"Another help source's gone" sighed Jessica
"Think i'll have to work overnight to prepare for the meeting tomorrow morning" mumbled Jessica as she got up from the bench&headed for the public bus.

Jessica didnt want to call for the chaffeur.
She loves taking the public transport, enjoying the crowd.
Only when she's tired, sick or on her way to a meeting will she then call for her chaffeur.
Sitting on the window seat, looking throught the windows at the busy road&streets,
Jessica was thinking through plenty of things.

Like Yuri attending Nickhun's wedding dinner, why did she reacted like that to Yuri's words,
what went wrong with her heart again for the sudden fast beating heartbeat&the work she has to complete by tonight.

Soon she had finally alighted from the bus, back to her office.
Without delaying any much longer, as soon as Jessica got back to her office,
she started working on all the meeting documents.
The best part was, her secretary wont be there with her during the meeting.
So she has to manage everything by herself for the meeting, preparing all the necessary documents&materials.

Hours&hours passed, the sky slowly turned dark.
It was already night time but Jessica has yet gone home.
Yuri, on the other hand was patiently waiting for Jessica to get home.
She wanted to apologise to Jessica for she've said.
Whipping a whole table of Jessica's favourites, sitting by the dining table waiting for her return.
Unfortunately, Jessica didnt even came back the whole night.

"Ms Yuri..?" tapped butler lee gently
"Why are you sleeping here..?"

"Ohh..?"
"Its morning already..?"
"Did Sica..?"

"She's not home yet.."
"I think.. for the whole night.."

"Is she really mad at me..?" mumbled Yuri guiltily

Plopping down on her bed, Yuri was worried if Jessica was really mad at her for not going home.
Unable to keep the doubts in herself, Yuri decided to call Jessica.
Picking up her phone&begin tapping for a few times but was always directed to voicemail.

5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes&so on.
There was no reply or whatsoever from Jessica while Yuri fell asleep on her bed when her phone rang.
Quickly picking it up, thinking it would be Jessica.

"Its me, Nickhun"

"Oh.."
"Nickhun oppa.."

"Are you coming today..?"
"Its my engagement dinner today.."
"Dont tell me you've forgotten all about it?"

"Its been some time since i've went on a shopping spree.."

Thats right, i should go out for shopping spree.
Too many things are happening recently.
I'll have to find something to do get things off my mind.
Shall ask omma out with me..
Havent been going out with her ever since i got back from the states.

"Finally, im done with all the documents&materials needed" said Jessica as she glanced over at her watch.
"Wow?"
"Time flies!"
"Im only left with 10minutes before the meeting"
"Have to pack up&go" said Jessica as she stood up suddenly but fell back onto the seat immediately.

It was the 2nd time, that Jessica's experiencing the irregular heartbeat problem.
Her heart was beating quickly all of a sudden while her gastric is acting up 'cause she literally skipped like the meal for the whole day yesterday.

"Arggh.." mumbled Jessica as she massaged her chest as she slowly stood up from her seat.

Grabbing her documents once again, she quickly walked to the meeting room without delaying any longer.
As a vice-CEO of the company, of course its best not to be late for anything,
its like setting a good example for your employees as a employer.

Fortunately, when Jessica got there,
no one was there.
It seemed like everyone was running late.
Using this short free time, she took her out phone&realised that there was a few missed calls, texts&voicemail.
Checking her texts first,
