Hey guys! This is my first fanfic, and I’m really looking forward to writing it. However, I do have prior engagements, and my life is really busy, so don’t expect updates every day. Or, just don’t expect updates on a regular basis. I’ll update whenever I get around to it. If you hate people who don’t update regularly, then go ahead and unsubscribe now, or don’t even bother. I really don’t need to deal with your ‘UPDATE NOW!’ spam. Oh, and so you all know ahead of time, I’ll be going on a week-ish long hiatus at the end of May because I’m going to be out of the country.

Also, I get a lot of my Korea-related facts from very reliable sources (and I’ve been researching this for quite some time), and I’m trying to write this so it is a little bit more realistic. I’ve been noticing in a lot of fanfictions that, well, things just don’t make sense, because that’s not how it actually works in Korea. If I mention something related to Korea that I don’t explain in the story, just alert me and I’ll do a little mini-update straightaway, so you awesome readers don’t have to waste a minute of your precious time Googling it. :)

There isn’t going to be a lot of mushy gushy stuff in this story, mostly because I am not that kind of girl in real life. As well, there is going to be some kinda touchy stuff in this story. By touchy, I mean the ‘secrets’ that Taryn is trying to hide from her brother. Let’s just say, it might be kinda disturbing for some readers, and if you are disturbed, you can just fast forward through the story. Or, if it’s a bit too weird, feel free to ask me to rate it. If anything is rated in this story, it's for violence or something like that, not ty stuff. I don’t really know how to put it any other way without giving away the story. You’ve been warned. Oh, and if you don’t get it in the first few chapters, then I’m going to be severely disappointed and ask you if you literally live under a rock.

So! I do not own any of these characters, only Taryn, and the story is all mine with inspiration from BamxAngiee and sujudork602. Any similarities to any persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. I don’t own Super Junior or any other bands I might mention along the way. (I wish I did though…) As well, some of these events probably won’t coincide with real life events, but hey, that’s why it’s called a fan fiction, not a fan fact. Also, all of the personalities in this story are written to how Taryn perceives them and probably won’t coincide with their real personalities either. So if something seems a little off, it’s only because this is from the eyes of a 16-year-old Canadian girl who knows pretty much nothing about Korea.

Anyway, credit to BamxAngiee for letting me borrow Uki, and to sujudork602 for letting me use Alex!! Even though they aren’t in the first couple of chapters, they are definitely main characters. Thanks guys!! As well, thanks to All-Stars Creations for the awesome poster and background!! (I highly reccommend checking out their stories/posters. They are UH-MAY-ZING!!!)

Oh, and one more thing. This is going to be almost entirely from Taryn’s point of view, unless there’s a special circumstance that calls for it to be in someone else’s point of view. That way, it’ll be a more personal story (I think). Plus, multiple points of view sometimes confuse me haha. So far, I can only think of one situation that I might have to use Henry’s point of view in.
