Sehun knocked at your door. "Hyemi noona! Can I come in?" he asked.
"Yes," you replied. Sehun walked in and closed the door behind him, sitting next to you.

"Noona, what did you name the puppy?" he asked.
"Hmm... I haven't really thought about it," you replied.
"Oh, I know one! How about, Aesook? For love and innocence," he said, holding the puppy up to his face.

You looked at him. "Aesook? That seems like a pretty name," you said. "Okay, her name is now Aesook."
"Yay!" he said and held Aesook up, trying to make her look like she was dancing. You snickered at both their cuteness. He suddenly gasped. "Now noona needs dog food, a bowl, it's own bed, and chew toys for Aesook!" he said. "Noona! Let's go out and buy some!"

You gave him a smile. "As much as I want to go right now, I'm too tired to go anywhere for now. Why don't you go?"
Sehun nodded. "Okay, I'll get Luhan and Tao hyungs to come with me!" he said and ran out the room.

You chuckled and petted Aesook's head. *Okay, time to open this present from an outsider.*

You turned to the presents and took the box that was unopened. You opened it and saw a teddy bear that you thought had been missing for years and, a letter.

You didn't want to read anymore. You were already crying. You took the teddy bear and looked at it. It reminded you of your parents the more you looked at it. You put the bear and letter back into the box.
Aesook laid down on your lap, you looked down at her and softly smiled, petting her. Even though you knew that Aesook was trying to comfort you, you couldn't help but start thinking of your parents. Tears continued to run down your face.

A dark figure stood hidden at the doorway, watching you cry. He couldn't help but feel bad. Seeing you cry just mad him feel like he had done so much to make your life more miserable than it had already been. Then he started to wonder. Has he already been changing a lot since he met her? Everything seems different to him now.  He doesn't feel like himself.

"Hyemi!" Chanyeol's voice called from downstairs. The dark figure left to the sound of Chanyeol's footstep coming up the stairs. Chanyeol walked into your room. "Hyemi," he saw your teary eyes. "Why are you crying?" he asked as you quickly wiped your tears away. He kneeled down beside you, taking your face and gently wiping away your tears. "Is it from your parents again?" he asked, referring to the present. You nodded. He sighed and hugged you tightly. "Don't worry, Hyemi. You might not have parents to protect you, but you have me who will," he said.

There again, the dark figure stood at the doorway, this time, with a box of tissues. His shoulders slumped down, knowing he cannot help you anymore. He sighed and left the box of tissues at the doorway and walked away.

It was a windy day when you woke up the next morning. But not too windy, not too cold. It's just like a perfect day to go kite flying. You slowly sat up and rubbed your eyes like a little child that just woke up. You looked up and saw Baekhyun still in bed, sleeping. Quietly, you stood up, went to the walk-in closet that you and Baekhyun shared. You quickly changed into fresh new clothes and walked out of the bedroom and closed the door behind you. As you turned around, you accidentally bumped into someone. Chen. Beside him was Suho. You quickly bowed multipule times. "So sorry!" you said, still bowing.

Chen and Suho chuckled. "It's okay," Suho said with a grin. You looked up at them and smiled in return. You turned the other direction to walk to the bathroom, but Chen grabbed your arm.
He bent down to your eye level and caressed the bottom of your eyes. "Were you crying last night?" Suho asked when he noticed.

You didn't want anyone to know that you were crying. You just wanted to keep it only between you and Chanyeol. So you quickly shook your head no, and tried to walk away, but Chen held you back. You shuffled back to wall as Chen leaned foreword. "Are you sure there's nothing wrong? Your eyes seems red," he said and looked seductively into your eyes.
"I-I'm still tired from last night," you said. "I probably didn't get enough sleep," you excused.

He let go of your arm. "Okay," he said and walked away.
Suho chuckled and your scared expression. "No need to be scared of him. He may be a flirt, but at least he cares," he said and walked away.

You blinked. *Huh?* Without another thought, you went straight to the bathroom.
Moments later, you came back to your room, just as Baekhyun finished changing and walked out of the walk-in closet. "Oh, you're awake Bacon," you said.
Baekhyun glared at you, noticing your puffy, red eyes. You had put eyeliner on so it wouldn't be noticeable. But Baekhyun noticed. His eyes softened.
You looked up and realized that Baekhyun was looking at you in an unusual way. You blinked cutely. "What?"
Without a word, Baekhyun walked out of the room, slamming the door behind him. You jumped back. *What the hell is wrong with this guy and slamming doors?*

Baekhyun quietly made himself coffee as the other boys around him sat ate the table eating breakfast. Baekhyun chugged down the coffee even though it was burning hot. He ignored it, but flinched at the hotness. *Byun Baekhyun. You're an idiot. Never do what you had just did earlier.* He slammed the coffee mug down on the counter and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand.
