You woke up to the sound of favorite band’s new song. You slammed your palm on the snooze button of your Pucca alarm clock. *Morning, already?* You inwardly groaned. With a big sigh, you sat up. You just sat there in your cozy bed, ready to fall asleep again.

Finally you managed to pry your eyes open.

The sun streamed in through your purple butterfly curtains. Your room wasn’t that messy but some of your clothes were strewn all over the floor. You had been too tired last night and just crashed into bed after work.

*A whole new day. I can do this!* You glanced back at the poster of SHINee on your bedroom wall.

Your bias Kim Jonghyun was angelically smiling down at you (or so it seemed like). Your heart melted at the mere sight of him. “Do your best Jonghyun oppa and I will, too! Aja Aja Fighting!”

You jumped out of bed and darted into the bathroom. You brushed your teeth as you took out your uniform at the same time. Then you scrubbed your face clean and dressed into your crinkly yellow and brown uniform. You ran a brush through your hair a couple of times and clipped a green star hair accessory into your hair. You checked your watch and gasped. *Crap! I can’t be tardy again! Where are my damn shoes?!*

In a panic, you looked around the room. You finally found your favorite pair of old, worn out white converses. They had been the last birthday present from your father before he had gotten into the car accident. You slipped into the shoes, grabbed your backpack, and ran downstairs.

Of course, as usual, you tripped on the last two steps.

“Whoa-ah! Ouch! Shoot!” You hissed and rubbed your bruised knee. You cast a vicious glance at the inanimate object. “It’s all your freaking fault! You pickle brain bird poop!” You shouted inoffensive names at it like it had feelings. You kicked the last step and ended up hurting your own toe. Whimpering in pain, you jumped up and down like a kangaroo.

“Argh! I hate you!” You yelled to no one in particular. You saw the time and shrieked some more. “OH NOOOO! I’M LATE!” Waving to the picture of your warm, smiling father on the mantel, you ran towards the door, “GOODBYE! I’M GOING TO SCHOOL!” You slammed the door and locked it shut only to end up getting your skirt caught in it.

“Oh! What is it now?!” You whirled around in anger and rolled your eyes. “Figures.” You yanked your skirt out from between the wedge and ran out of the gate. You hopped onto your red bike and pedaled as fast you could towards Kyungbok High School.

The school gates were just about to close.

“NO, WAIT!” You huffed and puffed as you peadaled harder. You made it in the nick of time and managed to arrive on the campus safely.

“Come earlier next time, No Haebin.” The PE teacher lazily scolded.
