A/N:

This is a prequel of Crowns and Cotton !

This is Jeno and Jang-mi's story written from both of their POVs. 

This was just wasting away in my drafts so I figured I should just publish it. I wrote the first half of this even before starting Crowns and Cotton. It's no secret Jeno and Jang-mi are my favorite couple. :)

My writing style here is very literal with not much embelishment. It's simple writing. I have all the chapters ready and I'll post two a day!

CONTEXT 

Inamorata. Noun. Latin.

Definition: a person’s female lover. 

To quote the simplest possible explanation, the inamorata is a binding engagement contract created by the founding clans. 

It is a legal document founding families use to ensure their male heirs have a selection of potential brides to choose from when they reach the age to wed. 

When a lady signs an inamorata, she becomes the property of the Founding Clan. In the olden days, she would reside on the property of the founding family along with other girls who signed the contract. 

As the years pass, the male heir is free to get to know each lady, and when he decides to wed, as per the contract, whoever he proposes to must say yes.

Chapter 5: Jeno taking care of Jang Mi was so sweet. They both face problems in their lives but stand strong and find solace in each other.

Chapter 4: I found it sweet how Jeno likes things about her that she isn't confident about. They are flirting in some way and sparks are flying.

Maybe the arrangement won't be that bad now that they not only tolerate each others presence but enjoy it. Jeno even revealed his talent for her.

Their dance had me hypnotized. Jeno is doing everything to make her feel somewhat happy.

Chapter 3: Both of them have some problems, especially Jang Mi. Curious on why her mom hates her. Because she is a daughter? Hopefully will find out in future chapters.

Her boyfriend is trash. At least she had Jeno at that moment to help her. Even if they deny it or don't like it, a connection is forming that they are sharing troubles and heartbeats.

Chapter 2: Jang MI has the confidence to disagree with Jeno and object to become one of his options. Meanwhile Jeno has given in to the temptation of the new caretaker. Can't blame him, that car hasn't bene made yet so must be luxurious.

Hana might be Jeno's key to have Jang Mi sogn what is needed.But he put some effort, that's admirable.

Chapter 1: Your writing is very interesting and pull me in so easily.

Jang MI and Jeno have their own distinct personalities which clash like fire and water. Their lives got broken apart so they could start a new life as a couple, not tied by love but by old traditions and rules. For now.

I will admit, this is the first story of yours that I have read but I like it so far even without understanding much about clans .

Jang Mi's friendship seems a little forced, like it is fine for friends to tease each other but who knows what really is going on between the two girls. Well, you as the author know.

Jang Mi's boyfriend has yet to make an appearance but I guess he might not be so kind as Jang Mi imagines or he has a deep secret. Yes, I am in conspiracy theorist mood today.

Enough rambling, the first chapter did its job with introduction of main characters, setting and starting their journey.
