AFTER THREE MONTHS OF MARRIAGE

JIYONG’S OFFICE

Jiyong focus on his laptop when Seunghyun knock on the door.

“Boss, someone is here for you....” Seunghyun said.

“Did I have any an appointment with anyone today?” Jiyong asked with frown.

“No… but, he’s insisting on meeting with you...” Seunghyun replied.

“Okay, let him in.” Jiyong said.

Seunghyun nodded and then he asks the guest to enter the room. Jiyong startled after he saw Jaejoong in his office. He didn't expect to meet him, but he still welcomes him with calm.

“I never expect to meet you...” Jiyong said.

Jaejoong smirks before he reply

“Yeah, me either... but, I'm here because of business...”

Jiyong lift his eyebrows after Jaejoong said that.

After he asks Jaejoong to seat, Seunghyun enter the office with the drink.

“What kind of business you want to talk?” Jiyong asked after Seunghyun left.

Jaejoong look at him for a while and then he brings out the envelope from his briefcase. Then, he handed the envelope to Jiyong and says

“I know that you're interested on that land... and you're willing to buy it with affordable price. But, there is something I should let you know...”

Jiyong frown and he open the envelope to look inside.

“As it's state in that document, you can't buy that land until we got to know what would you do with that land. If you're going to build a building, please send us the blueprint of the building. As you know, that area is will be the city center of the future, every construction in the area needs to get approval before construction starts.” Jaejoong said to explain.

Jiyong still read the document when Jaejoong talked to him.

“I know... I'm aware about it... Furthermore, I already prepared the blueprint but, we get stuck with some problem... anyhow, I will send it for the approval.” Jiyong replied.

Jaejoong nodded.

“Okay, then... I take note of that. And... Another thing...  ” Jaejoong said while look at Jiyong with serious.

Jiyong stare at him and asks

“Yes?”

“I don't know what is the problem between you and is Daniel guy. He's met me and begs me to stop you from buying the land. And for your information, he's willingly to pay me if I can make sure you're not getting the land...” Jaejoong replied with the truth.

Jiyong look at Jaejoong with unreadable then he asks

“So... you're here to stop me from buy the land?”

Jaejoong shake his head and reply

“I won't tell you if I'm agreeing with him. That's why I'm here to tell you this...”

“Then, why you're telling me this?” Jiyong asked with curious.

Jaejoong smirks before he sips the drink slowly.

“I have no issue to against you... but, when that guy come and offer me that, I can't bear to be silent. You may think I have my own agenda by telling you this... but, I'm doing my work with trust. I hold my ethic and am honest here.” Jaejoong replied with honest.

Jiyong remain silent for a while and then he says

“Thank you for that...”

Jaejoong smirks and nodded.

After Jaejoong leave, Jiyong asked Seunghyun to meet him in the office.

“Anything happen?” Seunghyun asked.

“We need to be more careful with Daniel…” Jiyong replied.

“What he want to do now?” Seunghyun asked with irate.

“About the land that I’m trying to buy… could you ask them to hold it for a while? I want need to meet the construction before we can send the blueprint.” Jiyong replied.

Seunghyun nodded.

“I feel uneasy after he knows about the land...” Jiyong continue with uneasy feelings.

“Oh…boss, about your wife store... the owner already prepare the contact for you. You want to meet him later?” suddenly Seunghyun asked.

“Is that so? Great... set an appointment with him tomorrow... I want to surprise Taeyeon that I bought the store for her...” Jiyong replied excitedly.

Seunghyun smiles and then he nodded.

After Seunghyun left, Jiyong take his phone to call Taeyeon.

“Hello, dear…” Jiyong greet after the call connected.

“Hello, hubby…” Taeyeon replied while smiling.

“What are you doing?” Jiyong asked.

“I'm preparing the model for the photo shoot...” Taeyeon replied.

“Oh…! Sorry... Did I bother you?” Jiyong asked.

“Not really... by the way, why are you called me?” Taeyeon asked.

“Oh! About that... I have something to tell you but... I think we can talk it later...” Jiyong replied.

“Okay…ermm, Jiyong... today I'll be late... you don't have to wait for me for dinner...” Taeyeon said with guilt.

Jiyong smiles and he reply

“Arasso… but make sure that you’re eaten!”

“Yes, sir!” Taeyeon said with chuckles.

“Good… go…finish your work…” Jiyong replied.

“Love you…” Taeyeon said.

“Nae~… love you more…” Jiyong said before he ended the calls.

AT NIGHT

TAEYEON BOUTIQUE

Taeyeon still busy with the photo shoot when Jiyong arrives. Jiyong smiles and he enters the store while holding foods for the staffs.

“Omo, Mr. Kwon!” one of the staff greet after she saw Jiyong.

“Here… dinner for everyone…” Jiyong said and handed the foods to the staff.

All the staffs smiles and says

“Thank you, Mr. Kwon!”

Taeyeon turn her head after she heard her staffs said that.

After that, she speeds her steps to approach Jiyong happily. Jiyong hugs her waist before he pecks her lips.

“Why are you coming here?” Taeyeon asked while her hands around his neck.

“Because I miss my wife...” Jiyong said by whispering in her ear.

Taeyeon chuckles and says

“Childish...”

“Come... let's have dinner...” Jiyong replied with smiles.

Taeyeon nodded and she takes Jiyong hand on her waist to hold it.

“Boss, come join us...!” the staff said while waves their hands.

Jiyong and Taeyeon look at them and then went to join the others to have dinner together.

During the dinner, the staffs chat and enjoying the dinner happily. Jiyong smiles when the staffs keep complimenting his wife and him proudly will agree with them.

“You two look so great together.” Suddenly one of the staff said.

“Yeah, I know… everyone told me that…” Jiyong replied proudly.

Taeyeon smiles shyly while she pats Jiyong arm gently.

“Boss, how come you can get two great men close to you?” suddenly one of the staff asked.

Jiyong frown after he heard the question.

“Two?” Jiyong asked with frown.

The staff nodded and she reply

“Yeah… you and Jaejoong-nim…”

Jiyong turn to look at his wife after the staff mention Jaejoong name.

“What are you saying? He’s my husband… Jaejoong is my friend…” Taeyeon said awkwardly.

“Yah! Why you have to say like that? You make boss uncomfortable…” another staff said.

“So… all of you aware of this Jaejoong guy, huh? Why? He's always come here?” suddenly Jiyong asked intentionally.

“Yeah... you know he's helping us with fabric management from the factory... that's why he always came here...” the staff replied with honest.

“Oh! I see…” Jiyong said before he sips his drink.

Taeyeon takes a glance at Jiyong with mixed feelings.

After the dinner, Taeyeon need to continue with her work. So, Taeyeon asked Jiyong to go back home first. When she's send Jiyong to his car, Jiyong didn't say anything to her. Taeyeon feel uneasy about it and then she carefully asks

“Jiyong… are you okay?”

Jiyong turn to look at her and he noticed Taeyeon uneasy face.

“Why? I’m fine…” Jiyong replied.

Taeyeon keep stare at him before she says

“About what my staffs say before... you don’t…”

However, before Taeyeon could finish her words, Jiyong pull Taeyeon and hugs her tightly.

“Don't worry... it won't bother me... I already promise to you before, remember?” Jiyong asked while hugging her.

Taeyeon smiles after Jiyong said that and she hugs Jiyong to comfort him.

“I love you, Jiyong…” Taeyeon said
