After they're arrived at the apartment, Jiyong park his car nearby the entrance. Taeyeon take her handbag and says

“Thank you… I’ll see you tomorrow…”

However, before Taeyeon could open the door, Jiyong hold her arm and says

“Before you go... can I have chat with you?”

Taeyeon smiles and nodded.

“What is it?” Taeyeon asked.

Jiyong look at her and hesitated for a while.

Taeyeon remain silent and wait for Jiyong to say something.

“I know... we're getting to know each other after the past few months and... I think I should tell you this before we're going to marry. I don't want to hide anything, and I know you deserved to know the truth.” Suddenly Jiyong said with serious tone.

Taeyeon stares at him with uneasy after he said like that.

“The truth... I was engaged before this...” Jiyong continue while looking at Taeyeon face.

Taeyeon rounded her face with surprised but then she’s smiling.

“Thank god, you're saying WAS... I thought STILL...” Taeyeon said with awkward.

Jiyong holds her both hands before he says

“No... it's already it has been passed... five years ago...”

Taeyeon nodded and she slowly says

“I see… if you don't mind, can I ask you why?”

Jiyong sigh while his eyes are looking at Taeyeon hands.

“Well... like what appa said earlier... we both not serious... that time, I'm just done with my intern at the hotel... I got many things to handle... during that time, she's feeling lonely when I'm busying, and we started to get apart. Then, she decided to break off the engagement, and she's go-to future her study overseas.” Jiyong replied with the truth.

“That's why you're saying that you will make your partner feel lonely when I'm asking you about love before?” Taeyeon asked while looking at Jiyong.

Jiyong nodded to answer her.

“That's why... I'm always scared if you too can feel the same way... I'm scared if I'm the reason to make you hurt...” Jiyong replied slowly while avoid his eyes from looking at Taeyeon.

Taeyeon feel overwhelmed after Jiyong said like that. In the end, she's move to hugs Jiyong neck and says

“You don't have to think about that, dear... I know... we don't know about the future... but, as long we have each other... trust each other... I know we can make a good couple.”

Jiyong smiles after she said that.

“Thank you for keep believing me... I love you, Kim Taeyeon...” Jiyong said by whispering in her ear.

“I know… love you more,” Taeyeon replied while her hand rubs Jiyong back hair gently.

After she release the hug, Taeyeon ask

“Is there anything you want to tell me more?”

Jiyong stares into her eyes deeply before his move and pecks her lips.

“Well we still got time after this... but now, you should go... it's getting late...” Jiyong replied after the kiss.

Taeyeon smiles and nodded.

“Night…” Taeyeon said.

However, before she gets out from the car, Taeyeon turn to look at Jiyong and says

“You know what? I think I like this side of you too... being honest...”

Jiyong smiles widely after she said that.

After Taeyeon get out, Jiyong turn down the window and call Taeyeon.

“Night, dear!” Jiyong call while wave his hand to her.

Taeyeon smiles and wave back her hand to him.

END OF MONTH

ENGAGEMENT CEREMONY

Jiyong talks with his friends while waiting for Taeyeon arrival at hotel ballroom. At the same time, Taeyeon is still got ready for the ceremony, helping by Dami and Hayeon.

“Unnie, you look so gorgeous…” Hayeon said when Dami preparing Taeyeon hair.

“I know…” Taeyeon replied with smiles.

“Are you nervous?” Dami asked while her hands fixing Taeyeon hair.

“Little bit…” Taeyeon replied.

“Don’t worry… omma and appa just invite the shareholder and staffs only. They want to introduce you to them...” Dami said.

“I know… that's make me feel more nervous...” Taeyeon replied with nervous.

Dami and Hayeon chuckles after they saw Taeyeon expression.

“I think Jiyong can help you… calm down…” Dami said.

Taeyeon nodded with slight smiles.

“Hey, look at me... everything is going to be okay...” Mrs. Kim said while holding Taeyeon hands.

“Omma… you think they're going to judge me?” suddenly Taeyeon asked.

“What are you saying? Stop thinking that way... besides, why you have to worry about their judge? You're going to marry Jiyong... if his family is fine, why bother think the others?” Mrs. Kim said try to comfort her.

“Omma... I'm going to marry the Kwon heirs... of course, I have that thought...” Taeyeon replied with uneasy.

“Dehh… now you’re thinking of that…after agreeing to marry him?” Hayeon suddenly said.

Taeyeon narrow her eyes at Hayeon and then Dami says

“Aigoo… you have to stop thinking of that... although, Jiyong is heirs... it's not related with others thinking... anyhow, you should be thankful that Jiyong choose you to be his wife... you know he's love you more than everything...”

Taeyeon smiles shyly after she heard that.

Then, someone knock the door.

“Are you ready, dear?” Mrs. Kwon asked after the door open.

“She’s ready…” Dami replied.

“Wow… you look so beautiful…” Mrs. Kwon said while approaching them.

“Thank you…” Taeyeon replied shyly.

Mrs. Kwon went to hold Taeyeon hands and she can feel her hands are cold.

“Hey, are you okay, dear? Your hands so cold…” Mrs. Kwon said while rubs Taeyeon hands gently.

“I’m fine…” Taeyeon replied nervously.

Dami and Hayeon chuckles again after they saw Taeyeon expression.

Mrs. Kwon smiles and then she softly says

“Do not worry... all of them are friends...”

Taeyeon nodded.

“Okay, let’s go…” Mrs. Kwon said.

Then, all of them walks out together to join the ceremony.

All eyes on Taeyeon when she's walk entering the ballroom. Jiyong can't take off his eyes after he saw Taeyeon in silver dress. 

“Oh… my… God… you’re lucky man, bro…!” Youngbae said to Jiyong slowly.

Jiyong smiles proudly before he walks to approach Taeyeon.

Taeyeon smiles after she saw Jiyong in his grey tuxedo. After he’s stand near her, Jiyong smiles widely before him holding Taeyeon both hands.

“You know you look stunning tonight,” Jiyong said softly.

Taeyeon smiles before her reply

“And you too…. You look amazing…”

“Okay… enough you two… we have to move…” suddenly Mrs. Kwon said to interrupt them.

Jiyong hold Taeyeon hand and both of them walks together to the stage. The band starts to play soft music when they're walking.

“I never thought this ceremony will be this huge...” Taeyeon said by whispering to Jiyong.

“Well... you have to adapt this... all of this is omma idea... are you okay with it?” Jiyong asked with concern while looks at Taeyeon.

“I'll try... but my heart keeps pounding hard...” Taeyeon replied with honest.

Jiyong notice Taeyeon nervous face and then he hold her hand tightly before he says

“Hey... look at me... I'm here... don't worry...”

After the ring event, Taeyeon has been brought to meet Jiyong's family. She meets Jiyong uncle, aunty and also his family friends.

Jiwoong stand nearby the dessert table while his eyes looking at his family members. His mother is talking with Mrs. Kwon and her friends, meanwhile Hayeon enjoying chatting with Taeyeon friends. Then, Youngbae, Daesung and Seunghyun come to approach Jiwoong.

“How’s the food? Are you okay with it?” Seunghyun asked.

“Yeah… everything looks luxury…”

“So… you’re Taeyeon brother, right?” Youngbae asked.

“To be truth... you two looks resemble…” Daesung said try to start the conversation.

“Yeah… everyone can notice that…” Jiwoong replied.
