 Text Messages

YongJoo’s POV

 

“Yoongie, how’s your first day?” Umma almost made me choked on my food. I quickly drink the water beside me.

 

“Dongsaeng, are you alright?” No, you saw your sister almost choked then she’s still alright?

 

“Neh,” I smiled.

 

“Umma, everything’s doing fine,” I laughed nervously.

 

“Have been in a fight?” She raised her eyebrow. I shook my head. What happened a while ago is not a fight. I’m not lying. We just talked.

 

“Good,” she said in an unsatisfied tone.

 

“Our child is really changing,” Appa chuckled. Yeah. Like you care about me.

 

“She’s still a spoiled brat,” ShinWoo oppa murmured. YongJoo, just ignore him. You know what’s next if you respond to what he said. YongJoo, please avoid quarreling.

 

“Appa, Umma, I’m done.” I stood up and bowed. I glared and stuck my tongue out on CNU oppa. I quickly ran upstairs.

 

   

I checked my phone. One message.

Who could that be?

 

~Who’s this?

 

I replied.

 

  ~Guess who ^^

 

Aish! I hate guessing.

 

~If you’re not going to tell me who you are, I’m not going to reply any of your text messages even I know you.

 

~I’ll just give you a clue

 

~ You know what? You’re lucky because I’m wasting my time on you.

 

Maybe he or she is one of my haters.

 

 ~I’m the witness of everything you did.

 

Pfft… It’s JinYoung!

 

  ~JinYoung >.< How did you know my number?

 

~ I don’t know you’re short tempered.

 

Whoa, he’s answer is really far from my question. Maybe he get it from ShinWoo oppa.

 

Aigoo! Instead of practicing my guitar skills, I’m texting with him! I’m really wasting my time.

 

 ~Yah! What are you doing?

 

Aish! What does he want?

 

~ Strumming my guitar.

 

  Maybe I should try socializing with the others.

 

~Oh, you know how to play guitar? Me too ^^

 “Dongsaeng! What are you doing?” ShinWoo oppa sat beside me.

 

 “Who told you to get inside my room?” I stopped playing guitar.

 

 “Neh, that’s more girly instead of memorizing those raps. Raps are only for boys.” He glared at me.

 

 “What did you said? Take it back!” I yelled.

 

He stuck his tongue out on me.

 

  “Don’t you have other things to do?”

 

 “One message from JinYoung.” He read aloud. “You’re texting with him? Kya! My dongsaeng  is growing up!” Aish, he completely messed my hair.

 

 “What are you saying?  Get out of my room!” I shooed him out.

 

 “ I’ll tell eomonim and aboji !” He said as he was about to go.

 

 “You don’t really know what privacy is!” I keep shouting on him. If I just know who your crush is…

 

“JinYoung!!!” Aigoo. He keeps making fun of me.

 

“I don’t like him.” I glared at him. He makes faces at me. I really hate that! “Get out!”

 

 “Oppa, wait! What’s the reason why JinYoung is following your commands?”

 

 “You told me to get out. Annyeong!” Ouch! He really closed the door very loud.

 

I checked my phone again. Five messages from him again?
