chapter four 

 It's Not A Fight!

YongJoo’s POV

 Oh my gosh. I forgot! I promised to myself.

 “Uhmm, I will, I will do. Hyu~ I will do anything.” Four unexpected words came out of my mouth. I didn’t mean to. I‘m just afraid umma will be mad at me, again.

 “But it’s not a fight!” I said.

“We just talked a while ago.” I said to myself.

“But I saw you clenching your fists like you’re going  to punch that girl.” He said while we’re taking down notes.

“And you didn’t stop us. You just watched us. CNU oppa told you to look before me. Do you want me to tell him?” I looked directly to his eyes.

 “Gwenchanayo. I’s not my lost. You are still involved in a fight,” he stopped writing.  It’s not his lost? But did he follow CNU oppa’s request? I think he wants me to change but I’m really like this.

“But it’s not a fight!” I yelled. Oops~ Mrs. Oh stopped teaching. Anyway, it’s just her.

“Who yelled?” She angrily looked around. I raised my hand.

“ Aah, next time don’t yell, arrassseo? Her face turned tame.

“Why do teachers treat you like that?” It’s okay to them when you’re acting like that.” JinYoung gave me a suspicious look.

“Can we talk later?” I said and continued writing.

“Yay~! It’s already dismissal time.” Bomi shouted.

“I met Jiwon a while ago.” I lowered my voice.

“Jinja? What did she say?” Eunji sat beside me. I told them what happened.

 “That girl!” Sooyeon clenched her fists. “Good thing, you two did not actually fight.”

“Neh,” I nodded.

 “YongJoo noona!” GongChan ran towards me.

 “Annyeonghaseyo,” he bowed.  The girls bowed also.

 “Noona, let’s go home now. Your appa is already waiting there.” GongChan is my neighborhood, as well as my childhood friends. Our parents were in good terms.

 “Is CNU there?” I asked.

 “Neh. Sandeul hyung, Baro hyung and JinYoung hyng is there too,” he smiled. JinYoung hyung?  Uh-oh.

 “YongJoo-ssi!” Sandeul waved his hands.

“Yah! Yoongie.” CNU oppa called me.

 “You’ll stay at the passenger’s seat,” as he gave me the keys.

 “Where’s appa? And why are they here?” I whispered.

“Aboji invited them to ride in. He’s talking to your teacher.” He smirked. Appa! He said that? And why is he talking to Sseongsaenim?

 “Jinja? What did I do? Omo, omo.” I restlessly paced back and forth. I hope it’s not about yelling or fighting.

 “Yah! Just kidding,” he laughed. Aish.

 “JinYoung-yah!” CNU called him.

“What did she do a while ago?” He asked while patting the back of JinYoung.

JinYoung smiled at me. I gave him a ‘please don’t tell him’ stare.

 “Nothing,” he grinned and winked at me. Hyu~

“Appa!” I ran towards him. “Appa, ShinWoo oppa is teasing me!”

“DongWoo.” He called CNU oppa. I stuck my tongue out on CNU oppa.

“Liar!” He glared at me.

“Get in now,” Appa called them. Omo!

I know! I’ll just pretend that I can’t hear any but my mp3 is turned off.

“Yoong-yoong! How’s your day?” Aish! Stop calling me Yoong-yoong. Don’t answer him. Appa tapped me on my shoulders. No choice. I have to take this off.

“What?!” CNU is not answering so take this on.

“Yoongie yah!” Don’t answer him.

“Is Yoongie the president?” My father asked his usual question during first day.

“As usual,” Sandeul answered.

“Oh my YongJoo. By the way, who’s the vice-president?” Omonah.

“JinYoung,” Baro replied. Shoot! Appa will be interested with JinYoung and ask many questions about him. AND, he will tell me to be friends with him.

“Oh, sometimes you should join us dinner at our house.” Aigoo!

“Jinja?” JinYoung asked.

“GongChan and Baro are always in our house. Maybe you should come, too, with Sandeul.” Aish! I hate this life.

“Uhmm, Mr. Shin, we’re okay here.” JinYoung said. Good! They’re now out.

“Annyeong hyung!” GongChan waved goodbye.

“Bye Sandeul, Baro and JinYoung!” CNU said.

“Bye, YongJoo.” JinYoung tapped my shoulder.

“Kamsahamnida, Mr. Shin.” He thanked.

“Goodbye uncle,” GongChan bowed and ran to their house.
