A picture is worth a thousand words, and that's the main focus of this writing contest. But there's a catch...

Foreword

                 Rules 

1. Be nice to all who enter here, or you will be shown the door.

2. Pick a group and star that group. Others may appear, and you may ship them with anyone else on the group list. 

3. Pick a prompt, paired with a challenge. 

4. One shots and chaptered stories are both accepted, but the word count on all chapters and one shots must not exceed 6000 words. 

5. Subscribe to this contest and stay subscribed, so you can get updates. 

6. Hetero, Gay, Lesbian or no ship are all accepted, but no OC, as you must ship from the list. 

7. All genres are accepted, except for the following: m-preg, werewolf mates and vampire mates.

8. Though I prefer a new story, older stories are accepted in this contest. They also dont need to be previously completed, as you may write the story throughout the contest. 

9. No group may star in this contest more than TWO times... with exceptions of groups and characters with a ♡ next to them. They may be featured, but not starring. I added a mark on the group list to ensure this. 

10. Contest opens on September 25th, with the deadline being September 25th, 2024.

Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Hi, I'm not really understanding what are the preferred ships and characters. If I'm getting this right, all the groups and characters on this list are preferred, and the ones marked with a heart beside them can only be starred three times throughout the entries in this competition. So for example if I want to write for Dreamcatcher, I should avoid Yoohyeon, Sua, and Siyeon. Did I get it right? I've got a new story I might submit for this competition but I want to get the characters right before I start writing.

i'll be real honest, i'm not sure if this story counts as 'shipless' but technically the other person was never named, so it can be viewed as a character study, so i hope it does count as shipless?
