RANDOM; Selection to path

Step 1: Create a selection. It can be a circle, character outline, etc

Step 2: Go to Select> To Path

Step 3: Go to your paths dialog. Your new path will be there. :)
If you do not have the paths dialog then go to:
Windows>Dockable Dialogs>Paths
