RANDOM; Glowing Text

GIMP Innovations

Very simple process.

 

1 . Duplicate your text layer.
(right click the layer>duplicate layer)
or
Click the icon that looks like two blue boxes. One is overlapping the other.

 

2. Click on one of the text layers and go to:
Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur
Press ok.
I don't change the numbers and stuff often.

 

 

You're done!

Chapter 51: you put the girl'spicture as one of the textures instead so there is no star texture there
