Note:

As you may have gathered from the tags, Piccolo is a college student even if he is only 13 here. Again, as any Dragon Ball Z fan would know Namekian aging is very advanced (keep in mind that Piccolo was only 4 years old towards the end of Dragon Ball, and 8 at the beginning of Dragon Ball Z yet he was already waaaay bigger than most others), so 13 years old is actually very old for a Namek. So, this isn't underage anymore, but consider this a warning if you're squeamish about such things.

(Also, it's worth noting that the legal age of consent in Japan is 13. Yes, that's the law, I didn't make that up, so…)
