"Who do you think is buying you lunch?" I scoff, still not turning round. As we get in the car, I feel my phone buzzing. "Yoongi's non existent social life" I read off the screen. Ah yes, the bane of my existence, the group chat with my so called 'friends' Kim SeokJin, Kim TaeHyung and Jeon JungKook . I hang up on them, and technically, I'm doing them a favour ​​​​because I know for a fact that their lunch break ended ten minutes ago. I feel my phone buzz yet again but this time it's my group chat with my cousins, who have all picked strange usernames, Mark, WinWin, Haechan and of course me, who the admin has set my username to 'SecretlyInLove2000'. Somehow they know all my secrets and ,according to WinWin, it's because he can read minds. Up in recently, I did consider that as a possibility, but then I remembered this is the same kid that declared he was going to get a degree Celsius in Dinosauring when he went to unicornversity. "Where do you want to go?" I ask Chaeyoung   

"Anywhere you aren't" she spits back. Wow, behind that pretty face, there is a vat of poison, and I seem to have fallen in. Wait a second, when was I ever poetic?? I guess that this is what Love, Cousins and TaeHyung do to your health, physically, mentally and emotionally. "Nippon it is then" I say, not meeting her burning gaze.

Later, at the restaurant...

We are sat down in the restaurant and we have ordered. I ordered Salmon nigiri, Udon noodles and a Ramune bottle, while Chaeyoung ordered avocado maki, a mango poki bowl and a coke. "Feel the rhythm, move your body left and right!" I hear blasting out the speakers of the restaurant. Chaeyoung, she's singing along, her voice, it’s quite sweet, she’s a little pitchy but it still sounds sweet. Aish, Yoongi stop being a lovesick idiot! Wait, that’s a very familiar black boba bowl cut. Oh, damn, it’s Jeon Jung flipping Kook. He’s noticed me, he’s coming over! Ok, just act normal, pretend you don’t know him, oh why am I so recognisable! Not only is JungKook there, so is WinWin, not one, but two Annoyances! Wait, since when did JungKook know my cousin? 

“Haaaiii, Hyuuuunggggg!”, They creepily chorus at the same time.

“Hi, boys”, I say through gritted teeth. Why did I ever socialise with these people? 

“On a date with your girlfriend, hyung?” WinWin innocently asks. Why is Chaeyoung looking at JungKook like that? It's the same look a saw TaeHyung give Ji-. No, never mind about her. She played both of us.

“No” I scoff, just as Chaeyoung replies “Yes”. We give each other weird looks as The Two Annoyances walk away

"What happened to Both have to act like a couple when in face with acquaintances and relatives?" Chaeyoung asks, her dark, piercing eyes meeting mine.

"It was my cousin and best friend people who know about the arrangement, and I thought you wouldn't like an old man calling you his girlfriend" I say, not meeting her gaze, because I can feel my cheeks heating up "Now just shut up"

"So I can tell Soyeon? Cause currently Soyeon thinks I met you at a school fundraiser and we hit off" She quietly says, her blonde hair getting in her eyes. Did she just ignore my old man point?

"Do what you want, let's just go home" I say, no expression left in my voice. I just want to go home and cry into my pillow, I've had enough of feelings today, but still, its better than feeling nothing like I used to, after she happened.
