Yeji was walking around her room, just looking for a pair of jeans she thought were in her closet.

She heard her phone buzz for the fourth time already but her mission was more important right now because she needed the jeans for her meet-up with Ms. Lee, a worker of a popular brand who wanted to cast her for an advertisement.

 

Yeji liked to style her hair every chance she gets.

She could pull off everything and it seems like people started to recognize her from all the pictures she posted on social media.

 

Last week she got a call from the Company, asking if she would be interested in modeling for them.

 

It was not even a question.

 

Her parents were a bit cautious but Yeji promised to bring a contract with her that they could read everything. Her girlfriend is supposed to drive her since her family's car is not available at the moment.

 

 

"Found it"

she yelled out in triumph, pulling the black jeans from under her bed.

 

She looked at them for a moment, glad when she didn't find a stain.

She quickly got inside and went to her father's office, getting the pictures she printed out.

She was short before doing her makeup when her phone rang.

She looked at the ID and smiled, picking it up right after

 

 

"Hey Ryudaeng"

she greeted her girlfriend, walking to the table where her makeup products are

 

 

 

"Hey Baby"

Yeji stopped applying lipstick when she heard the nervous tone in the younger girl's voice

 

 

 

"Everything okay?"

she heard a nervous chuckle

 

 

 

"I was just in the mall wanting to get you the necklace you liked as a present"

Yeji found it sweet but she knew that something was wrong.

 

Ryujin would never tell her if everything went fine

 

 

"Yeah?"

 

 

"Another customer grabbed it at the same time and we had a little discussion, about who should get the necklace"

 

 

"Ryujin?"

Yeji closed her eyes for a moment, hoping Ryujin was joking with her right now since she already guessed what her girlfriend wanted to tell her

 

 

"To my defense, she just wanted the necklace for herself"

 

 

"Ryujin!?"

 

 

 

"I may have pushed her a little that she would let go of it after she insulted me. She then pushed me back and we might have started to fight"

 

 

 

"Ryujin"

this time the older girl let out a sigh while saying her girlfriend's name

 

 

 

"We talked about it"

 

 

"I know, I'm sorry. They put me in the mall prison"

Yeji thought about it for a moment

 

 

 

"Alright, I get Lia and we come to you"

 

 

 

"Won't you be late for your meeting?"

the younger girl then asked

 

 

 

"Not if we hurry"

Yeji said and hung up shortly after.

 

 

She quickly called her best friend, who luckily had time to drive her, while she was applying her makeup.

When she got everything done, the ring from the front door rang and she got her things before going out, hugging Lia tightly, and thanking her for helping her out.

 

 

On the way, Yeji let out her frustration about Ryujin while Lia couldn't help but laugh about the situation, already imagining the look on Ryujin's face when Yeji scolds her.

When the two arrived, it wasn't hard to find the prison.

Yeji got inside and went to the mall cop

 

 

 

"Hi, excuse me, I'm here to pick up Shin Ryujin"

the guy looked at her with suspicious eyes, probably checking if she is a troublemaker like the younger girl and then nodded, guiding her to the cells

 

 

"Which one?"

he then asked since Ryujin was with five other teenagers in the cell

 

 

 

"That's my girlfriend"

Yeji then said pointing out at the girl who looked like a kicked
