Being known as the plainest of all royalty across the vast mountainous peninsula of our kingdom, I was used to having other women outshining me in beauty and gravity pulling personalities at all the balls. They would charm any attention away from me with a coy smile and a witty remark and I would slither back into the shadows to watch couples pair up at any event during the season.

 

Every season, I yearned to go back to the seaside and just be left to my peace.
