Well the kids were identical to each other 3 fraternal twins and 2 identical twins which their mother is proud of having such amazing children and all thanks to their father...

The mother which is busy decorating the tree while the father was busy chasing his kids around the house and one of them accidentally stepped on a nail that their father left out and the kid began to cry while dripping with blood as the father said " ... I told you not to run or else something like that might happen!" The mother saw and grabbed her first aid kit and helped the poor kid...
