This is inspired by the cartoon Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. If you don’t know it, that’s a shame but you don’t particularly need to know it to read the story. Basically, they are two super heroes who protect Paris. They originally are a girl and a boy but I wanted for both Yeonjun and Soobin to remain boys in the story. Of course, they are Korean so they don’t protect Paris but Seoul. They each have a miraculous, an object which gives them superpowers. They fight the Hawk Moth who can “akumatise” people and turn them into villains. That’s about all you need to know to understand some bits of the story that could be a bit hard to understand if you don’t know the cartoon^^

This story was originally planned for JiKook but since I don’t feel like writing for them anymore, I made some changes and made it suitable for YeonBin. I intentionally call Soobin Ladybug, I find it better than Misterbug, but in no way do I treat him as a girl in the story, he is a guy. I also purposefully chose Soobin for Ladybug because I wanted to break from this feminine Yeonjun pattern and make it a bit more interesting. It might not please some people and if you’re reading this and thinking that you won’t like it, then you can kindly go and find a story of your liking! I need to add that I love content creators who stick by the feminine Yeonjun pattern! It’s their choice, just like it is mine to make Yeonjun a different character than what I’m used to read. I also think that Yeonjun’s personality fits more with Cat Noir than Ladybug^^

I also need to add that them being superheroes is only an excuse to thicken the plot a little more. Them being superheroes isn’t really mentioned until The Scene™ and I purposely didn’t go into details about it because that’s got nothing to do with where the story is going. If you still want to know a little more, I can tell you they both became superheroes during their first year in high school and both struggled about the new responsibility that was bought upon them. So much that they even doubted if they were suited to protect anyone. In this story they came to terms with everything and are proud to be superheroes. No one but them and the person who gave them their miraculous know about their real identities.
