“So, your uncle loaned us how much?” Baro gawked at the stack of cash in Shinwoo’s hands as the four walked home from Shinwoo’s uncle’s house. 

     “Just enough to pay for some outfits to perform in, transportation, and you know, the basics. We’re not rich…” Shinwoo let out a soft chuckle as he carefully stuck the money in his pocket, “yet.”

     “Looks like we’re really going to pursue our dreams,” Gongchan smiled as if there were no worries left in the world. “All we need is to get Sandeul back and everything will be perfect!”

     Jinyoung and Baro’s eyes met, remembering well that the situation was still rocky between them. Shinwoo caught their looks, and decided to finally speak up about it, “So, are you two ever going to make up and move on?” He folded his arms and halted in front of them. 

     “How did you know?” Baro asked, leaving Gongchan confused. 

     “It wasn’t hard to figure out,” Shinwoo answered as he shook his head. “You both are terrible actors. You better not get an acting gig in any dramas.” Shinwoo tried his hardest to hold in his laughter and keep a straight face, but he blew up in giggles, nearly falling to the floor. 

     The other three found his laughter contagious and laughed along with, resting their hands on their stomachs after giggling so long that it hurt. 

     Baro was the first to calm down enough to speak, “I am really sorry, hyung, for making a big deal out of all of this. I just didn’t want the blame to be on me. But I was wrong to put up a fight like that.”

     Jinyoung wiped the tears in his eyes from laughing too hard and stopped his laughter along with Gongchan and Shinwoo. He showed a forgiving smile, “I messed up also. Don’t be too hard on yourself.”

     “Wow,” Gongchan blinked a few times in shock. “You two really were still fighting? You didn’t make up until now?” He threw a light punch to Shinwoo’s arm. “What were you talking about when you said they’re terrible actors?”

     Shinwoo shrugged, giggling some more. 

     “Not this again,” Baro slapped himself on the forehead. “Race you all home!” He began sprinting away until Jinyoung stopped him. 

     “Don’t make yourself look suspicious!” Jinyoung couldn’t help but laugh, only for a moment though. He noticed the silence from everyone else, and knew the reason for it. Something was missing. “I think we can all agree that it feels weird to laugh this much without Sandeul. It feels sort of… empty without him.”

     Gongchan nodded slowly, gazing blankly at the darkening road as the sun continued to sink in the sky. “If he was here, he would be laughing louder than all of us.”

     “Hey, why don’t we pay him a visit tomorrow?” Jinyoung offered. Before Shinwoo could say something, Jinyoung continued, “I’ll wear a disguise so no one will recognize me. Sure, Sandeul will still be unconscious, but we could still show him support.”

     Shinwoo beamed at the idea, “I know I’d want you all to visit me if I was stuck in the hospital.”

     Gongchan and Baro grinned along with them, agreeing to see their friend the next day.
