A new fic and new characters, shall we introduce them?

Hospital

“Dr Nam”, Howon waved for his co-worker, “got you coffee.”

“Thanks, I needed one”, Woohyun checked the café name and chuckled, “My star café? I thought you hated everything related to Sunggyu.”

“Eww, don’t mention his name; you’ll ruin the mood”, Hoya made a face at the mention of Sunggyu’s name, “though Myungsoo is his brother, he is the opposite, and the coffee tastes good”, Hoya smelled his coffee, “Ah~~~, heaven.”

“Come on; he is not that bad.”

“Not bad!!! Not bad!!! Dude, he must be a good actor for fooling an entire nation!! Everybody thinks he’s sweet and lovely”, Howon shivered, “fans were drooling over his pictures in his brother’s café.”

Howon wasn’t lying; Sunggyu was far from friendly off-screen; Howon only puts up with him because of his husband Dongwoo; it wouldn’t be fair to ask his husband to cut ties with his best friend. It wasn’t a secret, Howon openly hated Sunggyu, and the same goes for the famous singer/ actor; Sunggyu never liked him and made sure to show him his feelings.

“Araso, I get it you hate Kim Sunggyu.”

“You are too sweet; how can someone like you be with him??”

“Come on; he’s not bad; it’s just his character.”

“Wah, you’re truly in love with him, aren’t you?”

“I- I’m not!!”

“Liar.”

“Stop!!” Woohyun sipped from his coffee, “and don’t forget to come to my party.”

“Talking about changing the topic real quick. Yup, definitely in love.”

“Yah, Dr Lee, seriously stop.”

“Araso, Araso. So, where it is? At the club?” Woohyun nodded, “is that singer coming?”

“Dr Lee~~.”

“Araso, Araso, I’ll come; I’m only coming for you.”

“Thank you, I appreciate it.”

“Let’s go; we have a busy day today.”

My star café

Lee Sungjong, the famous TV host, was sitting by the window seat working on his show when a girl approached him; he looked up and gave her his best smile.

“Oppa, can I get your autograph? I’m your biggest fan.”

Sungjong was used to this attention; he is known only to interview big stars, and to top that, he was handsome too, “sure.”

Myungsoo waited for his friend to take a selfie and sign for his fan before serving him his coffee, something he is used to seeing. Let’s say his café was famous for hosting most of Sungjong’s shows, plus he is Kim Sunggyu’s brother fans would visit his café just to run into him.

“Hey, big star.”

Sungjong laughed at Myungsoo’s tease, “hello, big star friend”, Myungsoo’s eyes followed a tall man entering his café, which didn’t go unnoticed by Sungjong, “talk to him, ask him out.”

“I can’t”, Myungsoo lowered his head, “he doesn’t seem interesting in me.”

“Isn’t he a regular? He might be interested in the owner.”

“It’s probably close to his workplace.”

“Did you talk to him already?”

“Ani met him at my brother’s house; from what I understood, they have been hanging out together for about three years now; he is my brother's personal trainer and best friend.”

“Kim Sunggyu workout?” Myungsoo nodded, “And for years???”

“Hmm, it’s for a drama- , Hyung will kill me.”

“Daebak, who would’ve thought.”

“Yah, yah, don’t write this down!!” Myungsoo stopped his friend from writing this info, “do you want me dead?? My brother would kill me if he discovered I told you that!”

“Araso, Araso, I’ll make him spill the tea by himself in the interview.”

“Yah, Lee Sungjong, my brother’s friend, is a lawyer.”

“Aigo~~, I’m a professional, don’t worry, he won’t know.” Myungsoo sighed, watching the tall man leave the café; he didn’t even look at him “try again.”

“I don’t know.”

“Don’t be a coward, Kim Myungsoo; you are Kim Sunggyu’s brother. Have confidence.”

“I’m not my brother.”

“I heard there is an exclusive party tonight.”

“How did you know??”

“Aigo~, I’m hurt!! You weren’t even planning on telling me!”

“It’s Dr Nam's birthday, and he happened to be a close friend to a superstar.”

“Invite me.”

“Huh?”

“I want to come.”

“I don’t know~.”

“I promise not to spread anything about it”, Sungjong locked his lips and threw the imaginary key away, “I’m only going to help you date that man.”

“Lee Sungyeol, that’s his name.”

“Poetic”, Sungjong won’t give up easily, “so, am I in?”

“Hmm, Dr Nam told me to bring over anyone I want.”

“YES!!!”

“Don’t make me regret this.”

Sungjong gave his friend his best smile, “I won’t! I promise.”

“I don’t know if I trust that smile.”
