A/N: This is a work of fiction. I did not set the story in a specific time period, since I wanted that to be up to the reader to decide on their own. 

I did do some research, but I am not a jeweler, and I do not fully understand how jewelry-making works. I simply followed my imagination and let ideas for jewelry pieces take over as I wrote. 

Also I have never been inside a palace and I have no idea what the private rooms or hallways might look like. 

So despite my incompetence on both subjects, (and the failed ) I hope that the prompter is satisfied with my attempt at following their requests.
