part 1 .

Y/n POV.  

I opened my eyes only to find myself in a dark room , what is this ? Where am I? I don't remember anything .  I was questioning myself. Who am I? . Tears left my eyes without even my concern , I closed my eyes to remember something but I only remembered my screams "MOM …..please save me " ….what happened to me , I remember screaming for help but I don't remember who my mom is , her face . There is nothing I can see in that room except darkness . That's when I heard the door opening.  

I closed my eyes to the brightness , but I saw a figure coming towards me . I was still a bit weak so I couldn't even talk or stand up . He caught my hand and carried me outside . I clearly saw him when I went into the world of brightness , he was shouting at someone. More like commanding someone.  

Jk pov.  

Today we got the news that Jake , a drug dealer, was also involved in women trafficking.we luckily caught him while he was shifting the girls to another place . We arrested him , and took all the girls . But then I found this girl in another room alone. She was half asleep and half awake . I carried her outside commanding my assistant to take other girls too . 

We took her to hospital , while we contacted other girls' parents or their guardians , they all came and took their girls with them . It was now evening and the girl was still recovering.  That's when the doctor came out . 

Jk: doctor what happened why is it taking her that long to recover while other girls recovered really fast . 

Dtr: see Mr.jungkook I have something to tell you . 

Jk: Yes ! 

Dtr: As for other girls they didn't use any drugs on them , they just used chloroform. Maybe that's why they recovered but this girl , they used an unnamed drug , which made her forget her memory and her body and hormones really weak . She needs a lot of time to recover . 

Jk: So she'll stay here until then ?? 

Dtr: no , actually this is a civil case so we can't keep that patient in our hospital until this case closes and gets the correct judgement . I know it's cruel but it's the order of the CEO of the hospital. Our hospital will be in danger . Jk: what you are thinking about your hospital reputation….huh what about her health . 

Dtr:I'm glad to say that she can also continue her treatment while being at home.  What she needs is not this treatment in the hospital , she needs natural treatment. That only home can provide . And now because of that unnamed drug she's fragile as a baby . So take care . 

Doctor said and went away ! What ! Like she forgot her memory , she doesn't remember where she lives, where should I take her . Maybe I should talk with the headquarters.  

AT POLICE HEADQUARTERS OFFICE .

Mr.kim : so officer Jungkook , what happened.  Did you collect the information from the victims?  

Jk: yes sir , all of them gave their statement but…..

Mr.kim : but what ? 

I explained to him the whole situation about that girl.

Mr.kim : hmm ! Mr.jeon , why don't you take her with you . 

Jk: s-sir ??? 

Mr.kim : see Jungkook she's just 18 years old as per our information and she doesn't remember her past , she's in a really weak state we don't have any other choice.  

Jk: sir , I mean you can arrange other facilities for her with the support of the government . Why my house?

Mr.kim : why not your home ? 

Jk: sir , I'm single and you know right my parents always nag me about marriage that's why I came out and started living alone , that it would not be appropriate to take this girl to live with me all of sudden . It's not my problem that society will think bad about her . 

Mr.kim : jungkook ! Let's leave professionalism for sometime and be humans. You said the right doctor said she needs natural treatment..t-that what …homeliness and all . Moreover if she recovers we can get more information about Jake and that Unnamed drug , think about it we will get a good name . 

Jk: You said to leave professionalism for some time ?? 

Mr Kim: Ahem . Do as I said . No more questions! 

I sighed leaving the office . How am I supposed to help that girl recover . I went to the hospital and sat beside her .  I saw her eyes open . 

Jk: h-hi …I'm Jungkook! May I know your name ?? 

She was just looking at me , she wasn't responding . Maybe she Is still in shock , I got up completing the discharge formalities.  I took her to my apartment with the help of my junior officer .
