Sakura's POV:

I woke up early and found a body next to me. I remember hearing someone serenade me last night. Could this be the same person?

Were the lyrics I remembered before falling back asleep. Who sang that song? More importantly who was beside me? Certainly not Nako or Tomi, as this person beside me seemed to be longer than both my kids. I took a peek of her face by scooting myself over her body, to take a quick peek. I saw who it was and it was Chaen. A blush crept up my face and got back to my place before she stirs awake, oh gosh! What did I do last night for her to sleep with me? My mind went overdrive when my room's door suddenly opened, catching me by surprise. Wonyoung, Minjoo, Hyewon and Yujin were here.

"Haelmoni, we're hungry. Cook us breakfast please." It was Wonyoungie who spoke and pouted.

"Yeah, Eomma. We don't know how to cook." Minjoo said.

I looked at their poor faces, did they all sleep over here? Gosh! I was so tired last night from all the emotional things that happened throught out the day that the last thing I remembered was watching Snow White with the team, then nothing else. I was so out and it must've been Chaeyeon who carried me to bed.

"I'll be out in a moment, please get the ingredients ready." I said smiling at Minjoo, Wonyoung, Yujin and Hyewon.

"Okay, Eomma." The kids chorused.

"Thank you, Haelmoni." Wonyoung said before leaving my room.

Chaeyeon must be tired from all the drama yesterday, so I carefully lifted myself out of bed careful not to wake her. I brushed my teeth and tied my long pink hair up in a messy bun. After gargling, I went out of my room, carefully closing the door. I saw that the kids have already picked out what they wanted me too cook, I see eggs, potatoes, Gochujang, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, bokchoy, water spinach, radish, mushrooms, Spam, sausages and ham.

I internally sighed, what am I going to make these kids out of all these ingredients? Shocks! I should've woken up Chaen. I approached the four of Chaen's kids, smiling at them.

"What do you kids wanted me to make?" I asked Wonyoung.

"We want Gamja Jeon, Army Stew with soft boiled eggs and Rice." Wonyoung replied to me in Japanese.

"I don't know how to cook Gamja Jeon, but I know how to make Budae Jjigae. You should probably wake up your Harabeoji." I replied to Wonyoung in Japanese.

"We have a recipe Haelmoni." Wonyoung handed me Minjoo's phone.

I know it's Minjoo's because of the clear case, with a photo of Chaeyeon at the back. Minjoo is the sweetest child to Chaen, if I would have a child of my own, I wish it'd be Minjoo or just like Minjoo. I looked at the recipe on the phone and put the phone on the table. Oh so it's the same Potato Pancakes that I made. Oh gosh.

"Oh! I know how to cook Gamja Jeon. I'm sorry." I said to Wonyoung.

"How many of you who slept over?" I asked Wonyoung.

"All of us from Team IZ*ONME." All four replied.

"Where are the rest?" I asked Wonyoung.

"In Tomi and Nako-chan's room, Haelmoni." Wonyoung answered.

"Okay, please tell Minjoo, Hyewon and Yujin, to help me prepare the Ingredients. You can sit at the living room, We'll call the rest once we are done." I replied to her.

Wonyoung translated everything back to the three other unnies. Wonyoung was an '04 Liner, understandably, she doesn't know how to cook, but Hyewon was a '99 Liner, Yujin and Minjoo were '01 liners. They're considered as Unnies of IZ*ONME, so I asked them to help me. I first showed them how to chop the veggies, how to grate the potatoes and how to chop the sausages, spam and ham.

While I minced some garlic, onions and the rest of the ingredients we needed to make Gamja Jeon and Army Stew. Soon, I was done mincing and chopping. I had 2 pots and a pan on the stove already, I put water on both pans, I boiled the other pot, and then the other one was placed on a simmer as I dumped the ingredients for Budae Jjigae into the other pan, the pan and oil was already warming up on the stove. Once the ingredients for the Budae Jjigae was already placed, I focused on boiling the eggs for 5 minutes then took them out shucked them into a bowl of cold iced water. I let them sit there for a while. Then started on the Potato pancakes. While that's frying, I went ahead and opened packs of Shirataki Rice, I prepared the rice soaked them in a bowl, turned the potato pancakes before going back to the rice.

I poured boiling water to the shirataki rice and let it sit for 5 minutes, then transferred the rice into a big pan, letting the water evaporate. While waiting I served the Gamja Jeon, in a serving plate. Then focused back on the rice, after there was no more water left, I plated it again on a serving bowl, then the next thing was to peel the eggs. I peeled the eggs, careful not to break the white and the yolk. The Budae Jjigae was finally cooked and I transferred the pot in the table, served it like that along with two laddles, so everyone could scoop for their own bowl. The living room was already arranged with plates and the rest of the members were already awake. Except for Chaeyeon, Yuri and Hitomi.

"Breakfast is here, wake up Chaeyeon, Yuri and Hitomi please." I told Wonyoung and Nako.

"Hai." Both kids replied.

Nako went into my room and Wonyoung went into Hitomi and Nako's room. Soon, everyone was awake, we gathered in the living room and ate breakfast. Chaen offered to wash the dishes, I offered to help her dry the dishes. She was humming that song again before singing out loud.

She sang loudly, her voice like honey. It was smooth, definitely a treat to the ears. I was frozen in place when she sang loudly, as if she was begging someone to take away what ever pain she was feeling. Before I knew it, I hugged her from behind as she continued washing the dishes and singing more lines of the song.

"Thank you for serenading me last night." I said to her as I still hugged her from behind.

"Thank you for taking care of me yesterday." I followed up to her and gave her a final squeeze before letting her go.

"You're welcome." She replied.

"Who was the artist who sang that song you were singing from last night and just now?" I asked her.

"Williamette Stone, they're an American Band, who recorded this song once for a Movie, called If I stay, then there are no follow ups, no other releases. Just this and a bunch of other songs to complete the OST Album." She replied to me.

"I love the song." I replied to her.

"Thanks, I love that song too, the Male Lead composed this song for the Female Lead, the Female Lead fell into a coma in the movie. We should watch it some time." She replied.

"Sure." I replied to her smiling.

She faces me abruptly and took me by the waist, she held my hand and clasped it in hers, she put my other arm above her shoulder and swayed me as she sings the song that she sang last night from the top. She looks at me with eyes full of love and it told me she wanted to take care of me and my heart, that all I needed to do was trust her. Her eyes changed to solemn, I love the way her eyes looked, from full of love to this solemn eyes, often mad or enraged. How could she do this to me? Make my stomach feel the whole god damn zoo, by simply looking at me. Just when I thought we were alone, dancing as she sings, Minjoo coming from the direction of Nako and Hitomi's room and joined Chaen in singing the song.

Minjoo sang that part and asked Chaeyeon.

"May I have this dance?" Minjoo asked. Chaeyeon let's me go and bowed down towards Minjoo.

Minjoo took my hand and swayed me as Chaen still sang while washing the dishes.

Minjoo sang and twirled me. Then Yujin came to the Kitchen and was singing the same song as Minjoo and Chaeyeon. Then the rest of Team IZ*ONME, including Tomi and Nako. Gosh these kids are crazy, singing the song over and over again with Chaeyeon, until she was done washing the plates and Minjoo already dried them for me. When I tried to get Hyewon out of my way to at least put the dishes back, Hyewon stopped me.

"Yah, Yah! Eomma, you're not allowed to move, we already asked you to cook." Hyewon said pouting.

"Yah, Kwangbae, stop enforcing rules on your Eomma, she's allowed to move around the house, although, I'd appreciate it if you concentrate on your dancing and singing skills and not worry about anything else but that." Chaeyeon said and looked at me.

"I will work hard, Chaen." I replied to her.

"Good enough, alright, Kids, go and take a bath, take turns, my driver will arrive at around 6:30 a.m. it's now 4:55 a.m." Chaeyeon informed them of the call time.

Her kids are early risers just like her, they woke me up at around 3:59 a.m. to cook them breakfast. Each one of them decided to go back to their dorms and reconvene at Chaen's dorm. Soon my kids and I were done getting ready, I packed a bigger duffel bag, good for 3 days. Same with Nako and Hitomi. Yesterday was just something I'll never forget happened. Chaen had been patient and kind to me. All the more I was energized to do good in honing my skills as a performer. My Team had been nothing but understanding, so understanding that they'd actually go through any lengths just to be here with me. All of them had expressed their lik
