It's you.
Joohyun's heart skips a beat, maybe two.
It's her.
She gets the strangest feeling that these thoughts aren't hers. They don't feel like hers. Almost like they materialized out of their own sheer will, they ricocheted off her brain in a mindless, endless loop. Like soldiers reporting for duty, the fine baby hairs on the back of her neck stood at attention.
It's you.
But as this is all dawning on her, the elevator doors begin to slide shut. As quickly as Joohyun is coming to terms with all of this, the girl is gone.
Foreword
Hello! I hope everyone's starting off 2022 on a good note. I've got a handful of resolutions for this year, and one of them is that I'd like to get back into writing again! I've been sitting on a bunch of WIP's for the past year or so of my hiatus, and I think now's the perfect time to start putting them out there.
PS: This work will be crossposted on AO3 and is heavily inspired by my previous AU, Soul Mark.
