Guidelines

1. This is a mewe-based idol AU, which means roleplayers are required to create their own characters. The roleplayer must change their faceclaim’s name. However, changing their positions, background, and age are optional. Characters must not be under the age of 16 and older than 26. Also, changing the race of a faceclaim is not allowed! Please be reasonable when creating your character.
2. As much as possible, we want the entertainment aspect to be realistic. With this in mind, dating publicly is prohibited. Trainees would be given more freedom to date secretly. However, debuted idols would have to be more careful for at least 3 months after debut (because 3 years would be too much…). Otherwise, a scandal would break out! Scandals would cause the idol’s group to be inactive for a bit. It would be fun for roleplay though, don’t be afraid to have us announce your relationship. Marriage and pregnancy is only allowed if a debuted idol decides to retire. Trainees, however, are not allowed to retire because that beats the purpose of the roleplay.
3. We don’t require roleplayers to be very detailed with their character and roleplaying style. One paragraph, no paragraphs, it’s all up to you! There will be groups for plotting and casual roleplaying. SNS posts on a roleplayer’s timeline is assumed to be a private account, while SNS posts on the SNS group is a public account. Trainee SNS posts would all be under one username until a trainee debuts. Debuted idols are allowed to create their own account; therefore, using their own username.
4. IC Drama is only allowed if roleplayers have agreed on it beforehand. OOC Drama, however, is not allowed. We will have scandals posted on our News group for fun, and these could either be a roleplayer’s request, tea we see on our newsfeed, or random ideas that we may discuss with a roleplayer. A roleplayer has every right to turn it down as much as we have every right to turn down a roleplayer’s request.
5. Roleplayers must welcome everyone and at least make an effort to interact with everyone even if your roleplaying styles are different. You’ll never know who you could get along with if you never try! If you’re too lazy to reply, at least be active by constantly joining games and events, welcoming people on welcome posts, and having short interactions with people on random posts.
6. Privately message the MOD account if you’re leaving, going on a hiatus, or changing your faceclaim. You may only change your faceclaim once every 3 months, including the time you join the roleplay. However, I may give you a chance if you have a good reason to CC. Temporary character changes are prohibited. You may take a hiatus for up to 3 months. Once the 3 months is up, the roleplayer is required to show any form of activity before being allowed to take a hiatus again. Failure to do so will result in a kick out.
7. Be a decent roleplayer. A decent roleplayer has common sense regardless of the rules written or not written on here. We will kick someone out if it deems fit. Also, if you need help because you’re new to roleplaying or new to the platform, then please don’t hesitate to message the MOD account! We will help you adapt in no time!

SYSTEM

1. There will be a point system. Trainees may acquire points through weekly games, events, activity checks, monthly assessments, etc.

2. After a week, trainees will be ranked based on the points they have acquired. The points will not be disclosed to anyone other than the trainee. The trainee shall be in charge of his/her own points.

3. The number of trainees who will debut, as well as how often trainees will debut depends on several factors. Ranks, positions, activity level, and compatibility of the members will be taken into account for choosing trainees who will debut. Demand will be taken into account for how often trainees will debut. For example, only four have debuted but there are at least ten active trainees. It is likely that the other ten will debut in a span of 1-2 months, either in the same group or not.

4. Trainees who have not yet debuted don’t have anything to worry about because they will have other opportunities as well. Other than weekly games, events, activity checks, monthly assessments, trainees may either be chosen or audition for projects like web dramas, photoshoots, MV cameos, etc. Trainees involved in these projects will, of course, acquire points.

2. Check the masterlist if the faceclaim you want is free. Faceclaims are limited to the Korean entertainment industry, preferably those with a lot of media content as we will be creating a lot of photo/video edits.

3. Fill out this application form. Please read everything carefully before answering.

4. After filling out the form, comment below: “I AM [YOUR OC’s NAME].” in that exact format. After doing so, please private message the "hestialabel" account in the same format.
