Taeyeon's POV 

I'm on my way sa company since dad asked me to meet our new partners in a meeting. supposedly siya ang makikipag meet but something came up and they had to leave. 

Since I graduated they let me take over with the business here in Philippines habang sila naman ang nag aasikaso with our international affairs reason why madalas wala sila. 

Our family owns a hotel chain both local and international we are currently expanding our locations right now that's why my father looked for new investors and partners. 

I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green when my phone rang. It was my secretary, Yerim calling. 

"Miss Kim, someone already came here. She told me nagkamali siya ng basa sa oras ng meeting that's why maghihintay na lang daw siya." she said. 

"alright don't worry i'm on my na rin naman. give her coffee or something." 

"noted miss kim." 

"alright, thank you yerim." 

We are planning to open a resort hotel in Cebu. Nakita ko na yung sinumbit na design and floor plan ng hotel and it was really great even dad said na maganda nga ang design so we agreed right away sa project na yon. We just need to sign the contract then after that we can already start with the project. 

Even though trinansfer na sa akin ni Dad lahat ng authority dito tinatanong ko pa rin siya sa lahat ng gagawin ko because I really don't want to disappoint them ang laking responsibility ng paghandle ng company kaya nag aask pa rin ako ng guidance. 

I just arrived inside the building sinalubong ako ng mga morning greetings ng mga staff I greeted them back before pumasok sa elevator. Upon reaching my office sinalubong ako ni Yerim. 

"good morning, miss kim." masiglang bati niya. "coffee?" alok niya. 

"good morning, yerim. bring it to the my office na lang. do you know sino yung dumating na?" 

"she said she's from Arcadis. I think it'll be the company who will handle the construction." 

"oh okay. i'll meet her na. thank you." 

I left my bag inside my office and went straight to the executive room. It's too early but at least I'll get one done.  

Pagbukas ko ng pinto ay may nakita akong babae na nakaupo sa chair she was scrolling on her phone. 

"good morning—" napatigil ako ng humarap sa akin yung babae. 

anong ginagawa niya rito? bakit siya nandito? para kong naging statwa sa kinakatayuan ko ng tingnan niya ako. 

those eyes who used to look at me like I am the most beautiful person in the world, those eyes who used to comfort me whenever I feel like giving up, those eyes who used to tell me that I am doing great every time. 

"Good morning, Miss Kim Taeyeon." 

her voice. 

This woman in front of me who used to be my whole world, my home and my safe place was also the same woman who left me without saying any word.

Karina's POV

"delikado ka na, rina." agad na komento ni Lia matapos kong ikwento yung naging encounter ulit namin ni Winter. 

"sabi sayo target locked ka na." dagdag ni Yuna. 

"so what did you say when she told you na interesado siya sayo?" tanong ni Yeji. 

"uhm sabi ko gutom lang yon." bigla na lang silang humagalpak ng tawa dahil sa sinabi ko but I'm not lying that's what I said to Winter and even asked her to stay for dinner. I don't know ano bang isasagot ko since I'm not someone who would be entering a relationship right now. 

"ang funny mo talaga kahit kailan rina so what did she say?" ning asked. 

"you're really different. don't worry i'm up for challenges." yun lang talaga sinabi niya sa akin before she left our house. 

"oh gosh. typical winter kim." lia snorted. 

"but she ain't the type of girl na mapilit right? i heard from one of my friend sa college of business winter isn't really the type na magpipilit ng sarili kung ayaw edi wag but i doubt may umayaw na sa kanya." they really know a lot of things about winter then here's me who doesn't know even a single thing about her. 

"I doubt too. She's really attractive." sabi ko. tiningnan naman nila ako na parang jinujudge na nila ang buong pagkatao ko. "tigilan niyo ko sa ganyang tingin mali kayo ng iniisip." pagdedepensa ko knowing my friends alam ko na iniisip nila. 

"i thought naakit ka na ni winter." 

"speaking of.." napatingin ako kay Ning na may nginunguso sa likod ko. 

Tumingin ako sa likod at nakita ko si Winter na nakatayo kasama ang mga kaibigan niya. 

"Hi." bati niya sa akin nag hi din naman sa akin yung mga kaibigan niya. "these are my friends, ryujin, aeri and chaeryeong." 

napatingin ako doon sa aeri she must be the aeri na dapat magsusundo kay winter sa naevis nung nakaraan.
