In the time of unending seasons, Winter, Summer, Fall, and Spring all took turns ruling over Earth. Each season allowed 12 long months of their own before passing the scepter to the next ruling season. Fall, being one of the gentler seasons, had come and gone. Spending its 12 months playing with the leaves, crisping the air, and packing away the ground. Fall was a season full of color and cheer. Forever hoping that the Winter, harsher and older, might spare the plants for their youngest sibling - Spring.

It was barely a month into Winter’s ruling when you first saw him walking down the road. Hair like fresh snow, eyes dark as the night sky, and skin that seemed to glow.
