Shuhua got home, and no one would talk to her.

Minnie ducked her head and left the kitchen quickly when Shuhua entered.

Yuqi babbled something about forgetting to save one of her game files before unsubtly running away.

Soyeon gave her one sorrowful glance and went.

Miyeon wouldn't even look at her.

The door to Soojin's room was partially open.

Or what was Soojin's room... now it was dark and, though Shuhua couldn't see in it, a part of her already knew it was empty.

It was a crawling feeling under her skin, that made her feel like she was drowning while feeling inexplicable warm.

It was a burning sear, in a way Shuhua had never known. She pushed the door all the way open and thoughtlessly the lights.

It was quiet as something slipped out of Shuhua's world. She couldn't feel it yet, but she knew her world would crumble after it fell without what once held it up.

There was a letter on the desk, adressed to Shuhua.

Shuhua's hands were shaking, but she held herself together to pick the letter up.

It was from Soojin, the one who wasn't there.

Shuhua didn't know what to expect, she hardly let herself think at all as she began reading, but... what else should she have?
