“Yah! Where are you going Hyunnie?!”

Joohyun started running but damn Seulgi’s long legs and athletic abilities, she was able to stop her from running away further.

“And where do you think you’re going Bae Joohyun???” Seulgi was in front of Joohyun, arms crossed and looking so crossed.

Joohyun huffed. “Well, I am going to apply to the Literary Club.” For her last attempt to refuse joining a band because gods, the thought of standing in front of the crowd haunted her even in her dream last night.

Seulgi wore a the-betrayal face as Joohyun shoved the already filled up application for the club in front of her. The-betrayal face was painted more dramatically on her face as she took turn to look at it and on Joohyun’s snob face and vice versa. She frowned then snatched the offending paper angrily and slowly tore it in front of Joohyun’s face that’s now wearing the-betrayal face.

“YAH KANG SEULGI!”

“Stop it Hyunnie, you’re not getting away from this. You can’t get away from me!” Seulgi declared as she grabbed her unnie’s wrist and dragged her down the corridor with her. Their destination: the Light Music Club.

How Joohyun thanked the gods to know that the Light Music Club is already disbanded because all of the members had graduated already.

“Unless four members join, I’m afraid the club will be disbanded.”

Ms. Kim explained to them at the teacher’s lounge. They’re now there because they found the Light Music Club room empty and Seulgi demanded explanation from the authority.

Joohyun prayed that Seulgi’s persistence will stop and let bygones be bygones, and by bygones, she means her pursuing to join a band. But then again, prayers seem to be ineffective if it’s about Seulgi.

Joohyun was now being dragged again on the hallway just outside of the teacher’s lounge, running after a freshman student who handed some papers to Ms. Kim a while ago.

“I saw her necklace Hyunnie! She’s a Cassiopeia!” Seulgi declared, noticing the girl’s necklace with TVXQ’s logo pendant. Joohyun and her also have those but they both decided not to wear it to preserve its importance. “Son Seungwan-shi!!!”

“Yah!” Joohyun tugged her arm to stop Seulgi from shouting. “How’d you even knew her name?!”

“We have nameplates Hyunnie.” Seulgi answered simply, then tugged back, prompting Joohyun to walk faster. “She’s our drummer. I saw the drummer’s blisters and calluses.”
