Kim Taeyeon is applying for a new job.  What she doesn't expect, is that the person interviewing her, who is also to be her new boss, is none other than Jessica Jung, her high school bully.  Multiple, unexpected strains re-ignite between them from their untold stories of the past.  Will Taeyeon and Jessica be able to overcome these silent tensions, and will their bond withstand the test of time?

Hello!  Welcome to my second Taengsic fanfic.  This story will mostly alternate between two timelines, 2021 and 2005, which I will indicate in the titles of the chapters.  If there are any changes, I will also write them in the chapters themselves.  Enjoy~

Chapter 3: i can't imagine how hurtful it is to be outed by someone especially if you aren't ready emotionally and also have no one to turn to. i salute Taeyeon for conquering this on highschool where people aren't that mature yet to understand. brb, gonna continue reading. been putting off reading this.

Chapter 13: i love a happy ending. Taeyeon is so forgiving and Jessica must have held so much guilt. I hope this 2nd chance will progress since they have both matured and know what they want. Thank you for a lovely story.
