Description
Prosecutor Shim Su Ryeon returns to practising law after 10 years of absence. No one knows that a woman who seemingly has everything, wealth, family, status would come back to dig up the truth about her daughter's death. She would stop at nothing, using the law and going above it to fight the gang and everyone else involved.
Logan Lee comes to Korea because he can't bear his family's sin and tries to atone for it in secret. He meets professor Su Ryeon and his path to revenge is forever changed.
Foreword
The Penthouse AU. It follows the general plot of the show regarding the characters and motivations. It diverges as here Su Ryeon is a renowned prosecutor who reclaims her title after years of being a housewife and fights using the full extent of the law to uncover the truth about her daughter's murder. She teaches a criminology class in the law school that Logan Lee attends and he is stunned by her brilliance and grit. They soon find their paths to revenge intertwined, as they are forced to decide if they trust each other or if the enemy is standing right in front of them.
