29 year-olds Jennie and Rose suddenly woke up as teenagers in a cliche teen high school romance novel that was the object of their ridicule on a night of endless drinking. Two filler characters that were no better than Extra #1 and Extra #2, Jennie and Rose decide to live a quiet life far away from the universe that revolved around the five main characters of this novel.

Their plan was simple. To consistently be Average. Normal. Typical. Grey! That way, no drama will impact their new lives and they can be on their merry way after graduating. 

Agreeing with each other that the best course of action was to be the typical squid-girls of this novel who fawn and ogle at the male leads should they be forced to interact with them, they would simply be brushed aside and continue swimming with the other squids in this galaxy. 

So, why? Why is one of the baby Adonis' of this world suddenly appearing more often around Jennie? Is he that starved for affection after being stuck in the role of fourth choice? And why is the third male lead teasing and chasing after Rose every chance he gets? What is going on here?! Why can't the male leads just leave us alone!
