Introduction
Castle In The SkyCastle in The Sky
What comes in to your mind when you hear about hotel and restaurant industry. Simple job? Job that doesn’t need too much knowledge and skill? Job that everyone can do? If that is your point of view, I am here to change that for you. Hospitality industry is more complicated than you think of it is more complex and well diverse. It is like stars in the sky that have similarities but in the end it is all different, everything and everyone is different from each other.
This story will not just revolve around their relationship but it will also contain problems within the Hotel and restaurant industry (Hospitality industry) during and after the pandemic. The problems will not just tackle business side of things but also the prejudice and discrimination that is happening within the industry. This is my own insight on what is currently happening and the future of the industry.
‘The Castle’ is one of the rising hotel in Japan. By the span of four years it is already 3-star hotel and this wouldn’t be possible without the leader ship of a very young CEO Miyawaki Sakura. But Sakura isn’t taking the full credit of that she always says that ‘I couldn’t do it without the help of the help of my employee.’ Which shows you what kind of a leader Sakura is, she doesn’t like the term “Boss” and rather she wants to be recognized as a leader.
