As an effort to curb secondary gender inequality, Rise took the risk to spark advocacy. After mixed reviews and lots of skepticism, SS finally hit their big break until it happened - the taboo scandal that rocked the entire nation and had all abo mixed groups slowly disbanding one after another. As one of the biggest scandals to hit the abo world and entertainment industry, SS was forced to disband, and Rise Entertainment was blacklisted. Years have passed since SS's incident, and Rise Entertainment isn't about to give up on creating fresh, original groups that push the boundaries of abo social norms and generate a new wave of secondary gender equality. SS was ahead of their time, and now, Sonar are ready to overtake and flourish in the new age! After releasing their controversial groups THE CLAN and VICTORIAM, Rise is trying again with another mixed sub-gender girl group, Sonar. It doesn't matter that only a handful of mixed abo groups have reached stardom. The only way to make steps towards an accepting future is to start now. Although, this is sometimes easier said than done. Right now, Sonar needs to appeal to a new audience, as the fresh, feminine generation of 2022. bring in the softness that THE CLAN neglects, paired with an edge only they can offer - an entirely new angle from their sunbae groups.
