Jennie learned something new about Son Seungwan.

Wendy had a fear of water.

She suggested to go night swimming for a date and saw how the older girl reacted at the mention of swimming. Jennie saw the fear and nervousness in her girlfriend’s eyes. “Darling, are you sure about that?” Wendy asked and immediately felt uneasy. “Did you want to talk about it, love?” Jennie held both of Wendy’s hands and looked concern.

“I have this small fear of water and drowning…” Wendy disclosed to Jennie, “When I was younger and I flipped underwater, everyone thought I was trying to do synchronized swimming. Also if the water is past my chest, I feel like I’m suffocating.” Wendy finished her confession and looked over to Jennie.

“Seulgi did helped with my fear when we were in Thailand, she made sure we were always in the shallow end of the pool and held onto my hands.” Wendy smiled at the mention of her best friend. “Thank you for sharing that with me, baby. I can try to teach you how to swim if you want?” Jennie lightly pinched Wendy’s mochi-like cheek.

“I’m open to it, I can also overcome my fear of water,” Wendy smiled softly and kissed Jennie’s cheek.

The two were now at a late night swimming pool and Jennie had rented it out for the night, she also made sure there was a female lifeguard on duty if anything if there was an emergency. Wendy and were sporting long-sleeved rash guards and swim bottoms. Jennie gulped at the sight of Wendy’s chocolate abs and bit her lip, she was watching Wendy put her hair up in a high bun. She also made sure her hair was up that matched Wendy’s up-do,

“Are you ready?” Jennie asked the older girl.

Wendy took a deep breath and grabbed a hold of Jennie’s hand. The two started to go down the pool stairs and Jennie felt how Wendy squeezed her hand harder. “You’re okay, I won’t let go.” Jennie took both of Wendy’s hand and made sure she was comfortable in the water.

“First, I’m going to teach how to thread water to help you float.” Jennie announced to the older girl, “It’s like riding a bicycle and and you are going to move your arms like you are pushing into your chest, then pushing out.” Jennie was still holding on to Wendy’s hand and then showed the older girl what to do. The BlackPink member then looked over to Wendy to see if she was ready to try.

“Like this?” Wendy asked the younger girl and attempted to thread water. “Good job, Wannie.”
