As usual, he's going to work so he went out of his humble apartment, looked down next to the door to see a bottle of milk and newspaper, looked over to see the boy again, putting for each neighbor milk and newspaper, his hands trembling a little as he took other milk to put it from the bag.

Seungcheol looked from where he was and sighed.

" It's way too early and cold for him ~he's wearing such light clothes."

He forgets himself as he watches, saw him going back as he walks back towards the small apartment he lives with his dongseang (younger brother) but on the way, he starts coughing and coughing, kneeling down for a bit as he hugged himself.

Seungcheol stepped forward but when the boy stood again, he froze there, not hesitating to ask him about his condition or help him but he saw the cute little boy running to his brother.

" Hyung , junnie's late for school." the boy whined, wearing cute short pants and a warm sweater.

The elder brother nodded with a weak smile, dark circles under his eyes and his face paler than the last time he saw him.

Seungcheol clutched his bag.

Is he really fine?! Does it seem like he needs the hospital as soon as possible?!

He ended up going to his work cause he was late, as salary management, he gets paid quite well but he chooses to live in such an old neighborhood, hiding from someone and it happened that he lives near the pale boy and his brother that he sees often. 

By the end of his work, he went down street to buy ingredients cause he feels like cooking curry for dinner today, but as he was walking towards the supermarket, seungcheol caught the sight of the boy in the pharmacy with his younger brother.

He frowned.

Decided to go in to hear what the boy wants.

"Medicine for what exactly?! is it your lung?!." the pharmacy man asked, seeing the teen hesitating to speak in front of his brother because junnie will be worried.

" I-it's hard to breathe lately, I feel suffocating."

Seungcheol's eyes widened.

" I think you have asthma kid, but the medicine is quite expensive?!".

The boy bites his bottom lips.

" Can you give me a discount?!."

Junnie looked up at his brother.

" I'm sorry but there are rules not to sell anything at a low price."

Seungcheol approached them.

" I will pay for him. "

The old pharmacy man looked at seungcheol for a while before he nod, accepting the money.

The sick boy held back his tears.

" Thank you so much ajusshi, I-I owe you, please tell me what I can do for you ." he bowed several times and even his little brother bowed cutely with a bright smile.

Seungcheol smiled a little.

" You don't have to do anything, as long as you will take the medicine regularly "

Jeonghan's heart softened.

Junnie looked up to his brother hesitating to answer, meanwhile jeonghan isn't sure about the situation there, it was the first time someone of this kind appear in their life.
