A Healthy Departure

Short story about Momo as a special agent and her lover Mina.

"You better come back safe and sound or I'll scold you", Mina said with a slightly scrunched face.

Momo grinned at her, "Don't worry Mina... I'll make sure to come back to you safely."

"Of course you big dummy. Don't stay away for too long alright...? ᴵ ᵍᵉᵗ ˡᵒⁿᵉˡʸ ʷʰᵉⁿ ʸᵒᵘ'ʳᵉ ⁿᵒᵗ ʰᵉʳᵉ."

Foreword

Edit: So, this used to be a one-shot story, but I decided to work on this again to make a happy ending. The first chapter was the beginning to sad ending, but I hope to have an alternate/extended ending. Hopefully, it's not as bad of a makeshift story tacked on later after the initial intended ending.
