one. subscribing is a must! upvotes are loved.
 
two. we will only be accepting east Asian faceclaims (idols/actors) will be accepted. no ulzzangs. strictly one head for one acc unless you have two.
three. talk to everyone! we do not tolerate face-chasing and biased/selective replies. let's have fun and welcome everyone into our home.
 
four. this is a non-au and closed rp. do not interact with outsiders. no drama, ic or ooc. if there is an issue do inform base.
 
five. stay active! inactivity for 3 days/not being able to reach 50 tweets within 24 hrs of arrival will result in unverification.

wait for your application to get accepted before making an account.

put @nds(name) or @(name)nds as your username. no capslock. use your fcs name and no nicknames or numbers that no one gets.

mention base once you're done. you may interact with members if you haven't been verified after 10 minutes.
