have you ever wondered what life would have been like if you were a character in a story we read?

it was a question that this specific group of friends had asked themselves since one of them thought about it.

in the middle of their college life, stress has been building up on their shoulders and wanting to get away for a while, the friend group went on a vacation in jeju.

in jeju, they met a mysterious woman who gave their fortunes and lucky items, each of them buying with or without hesitation and doubt in their minds.

after that, they find themselves no longer together. they found themselves alone in different parallel universes of the real earth.

having waited for them to come in the story, will they find what life really is like for a fictional character?

a little sigh escaped his lips as he rested his back against the sofa.

“we need to get away,” he proclaimed as he looked into their eyes, meeting looks of different stories. he was given confused looks and he did receive a shock face.

he sighed yet again, boring his eyes to his friends' faces. “i'm serious. we need to have a getaway. uni has been stressing us out, a lot and before we lose all of our sanity, lets go to one.”

“where the hell are we gonna go even?” his friend directed at him, raising a brow.

he playfully rolled his eyes and said, as if it wasn't obvious enough, “duh, jeju. where else would we go anyway?”

his friends exchanged looks before gazinga t him, “fine, but only for a week or two, okay?”

sehyun grinned and nodded. “deal.”
