I'm nineteen years old. I've been called boring a lot. I've been labeled as the "ice queen". My friends have always told me that I'm too serious.

"Chae Rin, why don't you loosen up? You're always in that lonely apartment of yours..." They would say. 

Thanks for the concern, but I'm fine. I've been living a pretty normal life until things twisted :

Umma passed away two years ago.

She was very dear to me, but my father decided to run away with all of our money and remarry another woman.

How lovely. Just perfect. How am I supposed to carry on with my life? Argh. All men are like my father. Players. 

I'm now left with my four-year old brother, Joon Myun.

I'll do anything for him. I'll raise him like a real mother. This is the reason why I don't have a social life. I have several jobs to make sure that Joon Myun eats at least three times a day and lives normally.
